Tammy and the team were amazing. My car was side swiped in a parking lot so I took it to them to get looked at and I'm glad I did. She fought with the insurance company tooth and nail to get absolutely everything I needed done PROPERLY with my car. I can't stress 'properly' enough. Every little plastic fastener, every little sensor, nut and bolt even things I didn't even think of. She always kept me updated and informed with what was going on with my car and with the insurance company. They made an already stressful situation much less painful. My car came back as nice as the day i got it. I highly reccomend them if you're looking for any work done on your car. Thank you guys!

Brought my 2014 GMC Sierra Crew Cab Denali to Edison Collision after it got hit in a parking lot. The driver side rear door, driver side front door, and front fender were damaged. My mechanic had recommended Edison Collision and I called them and they told me that I could bring my truck in as soon as I could and that their schedule was open to take me when I bring it in. They also recommend to make a reservation for a car rental the night before the drop off which was a great tip. All I had to provide was the name of the insurance company of the person that hit my truck and Edison collision took care of the rest.
Personally I don’t know how the process works however the personnel at Edison Collision kept me updated on what the next steps were. They notified me by phone when, my truck was getting inspected by the adjuster, to when the parts for my truck was scheduled to be delivered, and when my truck was to go in the spray booth. They even had advised me on signing a letter for the payment from the insured company to send the payment directly to Edison Collision so that way it saved me time.
My truck came back looking good as new and the whole process took less time than I expected. If you have not been in an accident or just not sure how to go about getting auto bodywork done on your vehicle I would recommend you bring your car to Edison Collision and they will help you every step of the way. Rude, unprofessional, the mother who runs the place is a piece of work, really nasty personality and the 2 daughters are a couple of clumsy oafs who could barely do the paper work right. They estimate the job to gouge either the customer or the insurance company. Their office is disgusting, their attitude is disgusting, and they could skip a meal or 2. The positive reviews are probably fake and from their friends the megabits reviews completely nail their office, people and company right on the head. I would stay clear away from these people.

Being highly recommended by Ms. Tonya (Senior Service Consultant) @ Nissan of Edison, NewJersey was thee best, I promise, experienced. Their family oriented establishment is definitely welcoming. Tammy (Owner) & her two daughters Patricia & Carlie are all professional, polite and make sure when you come get your “gestimate” yes “gestimate” they assure you that the service you require will be to perfection.By chance they don’t get right, they’ll make sure it’s right. As for as pricing, they’re legit and work with you to the end. They won’t leave you feeling like you’ve been had and if you choose to wait, the conversations amongst them is what’s needed while you wait. I love them and I’ve already made them my personal mechanics. No Need to look elsewhere. Edison Collision is where your car needs caring for. The entire clientele is just super amazing. i went in for a bumper repair. The repair was efficient and successful. Tammy and her daughter Patricia were both professional and friendly . Def recommend their business for any future repairs!

Awesome job and competitive price. Would be 5 stars instead of 4.8; they only take cash and it took a day longer than anticipated. In all fairness the time of completion is estimated. The women that run they office are very experienced and tough; they didn't take any excuses from suppliers or others when it came to their customers. Pray I never, but will definitely consider them 1st.

Tammy and crew were so great to work with in fixing my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They run a tight ship and are on top of getting the work done. We had some delays with the part but ended up getting it done in time before my loaner expired. Tammy was so helpful in explaining her process to me and what was needed to get done. I’ve never had a positive experience with a body shop but this is my first. And even more importantly they did an amazing job lining everything up which never happens. The attention to detail is great and I’m a stickler for paint quality. Glad to find a body shop I can count on.

Trish and team are excellent! This is a family owned and operated shop that provides quality workmanship in a timely manner. I appreciate their diligence, transparency and friendliness. I do not trust large commercial shops like Maaco or others in the area that beef up invoices for profit. I have a car warranty that covers everything including dings, dents and even road rash on my rims. My warranty brochure states that I should locate an authorized repair center first to set up an appointment. After completing an estimate or diagnostics, the shop is to call the warranty company for authorization and to get paid for the repair.I found Edison Collision on the list of authorized repair center and drove to the shop. I parked near a sign that said, FREE ESTIMATES.After explaining what I wanted done (some light scratches and dings repaired), the women in the office kept insisting I call the warranty company, while the warranty company told me to visit the shop to get an estimate. How is the warranty company going to approve a repair without an estimate? These women went out of there way to get rid of me! Even interrupting me as I tried to explain what I needed. Last time I checked, interrupting a customer repeatedly is considered bad customer service. When I finally got a chance to talk, I stated that there is a huge sign outside that says FREE ESTIMATES. They responded with SILENCE! Apparently, they didn't want to get up from their seats to even take a look!So, I told them I would find a different shop who would be willing to take my money and I left. They sarcastically said goodbye on my way out. Stay away from this place.
