AN ANSWERED PRAYER. This school is more than amazing, my two daughters have been going here for 3 months maybe, and I can truly see how this school has had a positive impact on them. My five year old, before starting, could identify some letters but not all, and now she is starting to READ. My 2 year old knows colors, abcs, can count to 12 in English and Spanish, and has become a lot kinder. The staff is amazing, and kind. I love how much they incorporate Jesus into their daily learning, from songs, to daily scripture reading. They have been nothing but amazing every day! This school gets 5 stars, for both their hands on education AND the way they teach the kids about God. My kids LOVE going to school and learning new things. But I love it, because I can trust my kids in their care. They treat them as their own! This type of education, love, kindness, and dedication is hard to find in a school. If you are considering, GO FOR IT. I don’t regret a thing. It is everything I prayed for.

I am very satisfied with the inquiry-based learning of Discovery Christian Montessori (DCM). My 6-year-old son really loves this school. He will be graduated from DCM Kindergarten very soon. :)Before sending my child to this school, I searched the best schools near Edison NJ and then found DCM, which has a strong reputation for excellence (e.g. great academic programs, devoted teachers, effective educational materials, etc.).From my observations, I would say that DCM really knows the importance of early childhood education. Especially, I was always impressed by DCM teachers’ passionate, positive, and sincere attitude toward children. Everything each teacher does has been a precious learning opportunity for children not only for the educational journey but also for their path of life. It was a great privilege to have such inspiring and caring teachers. I am truly grateful for DCM teachers’ invaluable guidance and their thoughtful support for each child.In addition, I am very glad to see my son is well balanced in mind and body and always eager to learn with great pleasure (e.g. reading, math, art, music, etc.). He has continued to improve his knowledge, attitude, and manner ever since. I will send my child to DCM’s summer camp (STEM program) as well and I am happy about it!So YES, I highly recommend this school with firm confidence! I believe that you will certainly find these great virtues in DCM. :)

My Daughter has been going to DCM for a few years now. I cannot thank them enough for building a strong foundation for her. Teachers are compassionate, gentle and very learned. I have had the chance to work closely with Mrs. Choi, Ms. Lantz and Ms. Jyothi and I am very grateful. After visiting so many facilities we had finalized it and I highly recommend the school.

My daughter is going to DCM for the past 2 years and we love that she is growing in confidence and learning in a very encouraging environment at her own pace. I would not exchange it for any other for her tender little age. Mrs. Choi has such warmth and love towards all the children that is hard to find. The teachers put in a lot and especially teach the children in a respectful, less-invasive and calm way that promotes self-learning as well as problem-solving skills. At the same time, I see a discipline that is not forced but coming from inside-out which is due to the respect shown towards each other in the class.

Great school. My older son graduated Kindergarten from this school and my younger son will be following soon. We are fortunate to send our kids to this school. My older son though graduated 4 years back, never misses a chance to stop by the school to bond with teachers.Great loving teachers and positive environment/methods are the key strengths of the school. This school adopts montessori methods to the core. I see both my kids coming out as confident, creative, independent and loving boys.

My relation with Discovery Christian Montessori as a parent is almost a year old now. And I cannot remember a single day for not feeling glad that I chose one of the best environments for my daughter. May it be the warm greeting by Mr Michael as we enter in or the ever pleasant and peaceful chats with Mrs. Choi, the school has a cheerful and appealing climate. Being myself trained in Early Childhood Development, I was bit inquisitive regarding how would my daughters' teachers be....and I can tell that she is really fortunate to have Ms. Monique and Ms. Fiona. They have been taking lot of efforts in making my girl independent and capable of showing her best behavioral skills at home and outside. Also worth mention is rest of the whole staff who is very devoted and disciplined. The materials and works in the classrooms are helping the children learn not just academically but they are helping to make the children aware of their surroundings and most importantly connect with nature and community.The most important development that I saw in my child in this year was that she learnt to love, respect and care, which for me as a parent is the most vital thing. And for that Mrs. Choi, I cannot thank you and the whole school enough.--- Mrs. P. T.

We have two children going to DCM. We are very happy with this school!!! The teachers and staff are very kind, loving, warm and caring. The teaching method is fun, creative and customized for students. Mrs. Choi is the best! She truly knows, loves and cherishes each child! She and her staff not only care about academic performance of children, but also shepherd their hearts and build their characters.My children felt so comfortable there and looked forward to going to school every day. I am amazed how much they have developed and learned there in two years, both academically and behaviorally! We wish we had found out this school earlier! I have complete peace of mind when I am at work. In addition, the tuition is very reasonable, and summer camp is so much fun. We are so thankful for this school and would highly recommend it!

We have known the owner Mrs. Choi for over 12 years. She is nothing but the best! Both our sons grew up in her previous school.She is a great teacher and loves children, patient and loving, gives it all to her kids.We highly recommend this school, you won't be disappointed with Mrs. Choi. :)

Very satisfied with stepping stone class. Wonderful and caring teachers, upfront and transparent with learning. Periodic reviews, help parents understand the child's progress and growth. Helps empower children with an understanding of the real world.
