Lately, they have been really rude and unhelpful. New Pharmacist who happen to be store manager will refuse to provide any help if pharmacy don't have medication available in stock and even patient has ran out of medications. The pharmacy staff is indifferent, rude and uncooperative. I am a Physician and I know a number of patient shares the same experience aboit this Pharmacy.I really feel sorry for my patients. I been Physician treated so badly by Pharmacist, I can imagine how bad they would have been treating patients. I advise them not to go to this Pharmacy.

Anyone who writes a negative review of this CVS is just plain wrong and entitled. I have been going to this location since it opened and I love it! Danny is a fantastic manager and Gabriel and Annie are wonderful as well.The pharmacy staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes there is a wait to pick up my prescriptions but it’s not a big deal. My schedule is flexible so I can go pick them up later in the evening.

Have asked the technician and the pharmacist on many occasions to take one medication off from refill which they clearly don’t want to. I guess they want to show many refills get completed from the same patient. The lady that picked had such an attitude, saying what do I want. This place has went down hill from what is was, if these people don’t want to assist any of the customers it’s a disgrace. I suggest these nasty people get some training in customer service which they obviously lack.

Some of these comments are absolutely ridiculous and entitled. I've been coming here for 3 years for my mother and children's prescriptions and NEVER had an issue with anyone in the pharmacy. You need to understand that sometimes stores run out of medications for whatever reason. Often times I'm waiting in line hearing people arguing about prescriptions being ready when they misread the text received. Honestly, get the cvs app instead of hounding these poor employees running around trying to make sure everything is ok. Most of the time, it's the customers holding up the line not the employees. Great job to the staff though you guys are very sweet

Not a good place to visit because the employees can’t answer a simple question. Or neither can the manager understand the scenario and guide you. I kept on telling digital photo but they behave like they have heard this the 1st time. I even explained her why I need it but no point. They prefer to give wrong directions to customers so they keep coming.

Have u noticed the guy at the counter evening time(not pharmacy). He needs to learn a bit discipline. Everytime i see him i feel he is the odd man to be working in CVS.

Be very careful when doing your vaccinations at this location!! Unable to get records for vaccinations done in June and July 2021. This should be very concerning to anyone needing a vaccination, think twice or request immediate proof for your records.

The service at Inman Avenue Edison, New Jersey pharmacy is quick and friendly. Farah, one of the pharmacy technicians today, was quick, welcoming and helpful in providing me with my meds and answers to my questions, giving me good reason to return for further purchases.
