I have been going to them for around three years and have really nothing to complain about in terms of service or promptness. Yes, they are not unduly polite but not impolite either. They do their jobs efficiently basically.
But then I have always had an impression that they are fleecing a bit charging more copay than they should be doing but I had no way to confirm this till I had to change the pharmacy to CVS, Target, Jersey city recently as I have moved to Jersey city.
I do find that I have probably been paying around 10$ more every month for over three years. I fail to understand as to how that could be given that I am buying the same medicines every three months and just from a different CVS store. I just hope that I am somehow wrong.

Lately, they have been really rude and unhelpful. New Pharmacist who happen to be store manager will refuse to provide any help if pharmacy don't have medication available in stock and even patient has ran out of medications. The pharmacy staff is indifferent, rude and uncooperative. I am a Physician and I know a number of patient shares the same experience aboit this Pharmacy.I really feel sorry for my patients. I been Physician treated so badly by Pharmacist, I can imagine how bad they would have been treating patients. I advise them not to go to this Pharmacy.

Anyone who writes a negative review of this CVS is just plain wrong and entitled. I have been going to this location since it opened and I love it! Danny is a fantastic manager and Gabriel and Annie are wonderful as well.The pharmacy staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes there is a wait to pick up my prescriptions but it’s not a big deal. My schedule is flexible so I can go pick them up later in the evening.

Have asked the technician and the pharmacist on many occasions to take one medication off from refill which they clearly don’t want to. I guess they want to show many refills get completed from the same patient. The lady that picked had such an attitude, saying what do I want. This place has went down hill from what is was, if these people don’t want to assist any of the customers it’s a disgrace. I suggest these nasty people get some training in customer service which they obviously lack.

Some of these comments are absolutely ridiculous and entitled. I've been coming here for 3 years for my mother and children's prescriptions and NEVER had an issue with anyone in the pharmacy. You need to understand that sometimes stores run out of medications for whatever reason. Often times I'm waiting in line hearing people arguing about prescriptions being ready when they misread the text received. Honestly, get the cvs app instead of hounding these poor employees running around trying to make sure everything is ok. Most of the time, it's the customers holding up the line not the employees. Great job to the staff though you guys are very sweet
