Had two bent rims on my BMW causing a vibration at 60 mph they straightened them out and the vibration was totally gone amazing job

I don’t write much reviews but with my experience at Crimson, it’s a must. I need to spread the word about Crimson, its employees and the owner, John. John is happy to accept other tire repair company’s and dealer’s shortcomings and make it the way it’s supposed to be. He’s sharp, an expert at what he does and very informative. I have a 2021 Telluride with two years of back and forth with Kia service relating to vibrations. John diagnosed and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. True gentleman. Not only did he resolve my issue, he accommodated me last minute in order to do so. I will never go anywhere else for anything tire/wheel related.

Had wheels with curb rash powder coated gloss black. Came out excellent in every way.
Even the wheel weights they used to balance were matching gloss black.
The durability of the finish seems to be very good also. I accidentally tested it in my garage against some concrete and didn't even scratch the surface.
Will be back for sure.

Called John and was able to come in the same day. Repaired two Tesla Model Y 21” Uberturbine rims (for the record, my wife and mom curb rash the wheels… waited two years for them to get used to not curbing these enormous rims). Waited at a nearby coffee shop for ~4 hours for both rims, they came out like brand new, couldn’t even tell (see pics), price was super reasonable and lowest I’ve been quoted around Northern NJ. There’s a reason why this place has so many reviews and is highly rated, my feedback was unsolicited FYI. Will come back for any future wheel projects!!
