Did not give us results in 72 hours despite giving the sample the earliest. Please do not seek this laboratory for COVID testing. No response to multiple phone call or emails. Worst service in the USA.

Q Answer lab is an outstanding Lab. They are providing prompt and fast, perfect COVID test results. They are charging very reasonable and minimal for test.Overall, all the staffs are very humble, knowledgeable in that field. The management, they really treat their staffs with dignity, respect, treating as their own family. I don’t leave review normally but they really deserve a great review for going above and beyond to make my parents feel comfortable. All the staff members technical as well as administrative were so nice, helpful and sweet. Customer service was extremely prompt and very knowledgeable.
