We have been going to this Costco location for eight years, and I have never met a more friendly employee than Bill. Please, if you ever need help with your eyewear, come to this location! He will seriously go above and beyond.

Got my eye exam for glasses and contacts taken by Dr. Lee. He is incredibly friendly and professional. He genuinely cares about your eye health and is very helpful with your concerns and worries. Highly recommend him.

I took my high school son there for first time exam/trial for contacts at Costco Vision Center in Ediosn, NJ. We had Dr Radov and had an experience that make me regret going there. She got the basic check ok, but is very inflexible in terms of how to go about the contact lense trial. She has there a high school senior student volunteer for contact lense training. The doctor and the trainer knew only one way to put the lense in and had no clue that there might be different ways to try, esp with first timer. They wasted our > 5-6 hrs just for trial, which had been unsuccessful. I eventually trained my son myself in < 30 min using my own daily contacts. I would never suggest anyone trying contacts there esp if first timer.

I went to Costco vision to buy my prescription glasses. Mr. Bill Mayer in the center was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me in every step from selecting suitable frame to processing insurance. Excellent service by him, thank you Sir! Frame and lens costs here are also reasonable. Overall very good experience.

Ed G from the Costco Vision Center helped me with my order. He measured the pupillary distance accurately. When I went to pick up my order a week later, he used a heat gun to adjust the end of the frame to ensure a perfect fit. He also used a machine to simulate the sunlight which was great to test the transition lenses. Overall, I had a great experience at Costco, with the pricing, quality and service. It was good to see that Ed had been with Costco since 2007. I am very satisfied with my order and am a big fan of Costco.

I am a Costco member, I took my glasses there for adjustments. The woman I spoke to refused my request, saying Costco do not help people for glasses adjustments. very unfriendly for Costco members.I took my glasses to Walmart vision center, they gladly helped me for free and gave me a small gift.

Richard (Heiss?) was extremely helpful and accommodating as I was ordering new glasses. He was very knowledgeable on insurance which helped me get two pairs of glasses!! I did feel bad for him though as it seemed like he was the only employee trying to assist everybody in the line :(

The staffs move like sloths. Prepare to spend at least 2 hours there.I completed everything and was ready to check out except I need to call my insurance as instructed by the staff. After I made that call, they told me to join the queue again. I waited for another 30 min and when it was my turn I found out that nothing was recorded in system or on paper. I had to start over from frame selection - find the the frame I chose from a few hundred. The staff said he “was not expecting me to return”. He was the one who told me to make that call for god’s sake.P.s. the staff’s last name is GrossUpdate: the store manager called and apologised, and offered to refund my purchase. Appreciate that and hope they will hire better capable staffs.

They have worst customer service. Starting from Front desk. Whoever, is there won't lift phone. Even after picking up will go on mute. Appointment confirmations ? Good luck.

The prices are good, but don't expect to get your items in a timely fashion once they are in. Not an expedited system for picking up anywhere in sight. They lump everybody in together and the line can get quite long, as well as the wait. I don't think I'll be ordering from here again. Still waiting after 1/2 hour. I also watched an employee serve a customer with their mask under their nose, and had to personally request that they pull it up. Not a good situation in the middle of a pandemic.
