This company is very close to being a scam. They have no customer service at all and they offer no online access. Rather they put you through dozens of steps gaining personal information and then deny you access. If this is not a scam then I don't know what is. Beware!!!!!!!!

If you have any shares held by this company transfer them to a brokerage immediately. My father passed away last April and they refuse to transfer CUSTODIAL shares to me without a mountain of legal paperwork. They are essentially holding shares that are legally mine hostage. This is an ethically bankrupt financial company.

Absolutely horrible company. Can't sell stocks, can't get access to accounts without waiting 10 days for a code to be delivered by snail mail, useless customer service. I haven't dealt with a financial institution that can't verify an account any other way then snail mail in quite some time.

Called customer service after repeated attempts of requesting password reset which on website says takes 10 days to receive-in the mail. Gentleman tried to do over phone and kept sending link to bad email address after I confirmed new address several times but he kept making it seem it was my error...

Straight up con artist run company. Totally unethical. Mediocre customer service. Lower dividend rates than what market says. Plethora of hidden surcharges. I can’t wait to fight them for my shares, legally. With today’s transparency, exposing this company is literally going to ruin them.

they are often confused and have no idea what is going on with your shares. eventually resolved but still we expect high standards from America!
