This company is very close to being a scam. They have no customer service at all and they offer no online access. Rather they put you through dozens of steps gaining personal information and then deny you access. If this is not a scam then I don't know what is. Beware!!!!!!!!

If you have any shares held by this company transfer them to a brokerage immediately. My father passed away last April and they refuse to transfer CUSTODIAL shares to me without a mountain of legal paperwork. They are essentially holding shares that are legally mine hostage. This is an ethically bankrupt financial company.

Absolutely horrible company. Can't sell stocks, can't get access to accounts without waiting 10 days for a code to be delivered by snail mail, useless customer service. I haven't dealt with a financial institution that can't verify an account any other way then snail mail in quite some time.
