come to this Chickfila all the time, and have multiple times at night an hour before closing and my food is always good. came today at 9:15 and ordered my usual deluxe spicy without pickles. they put pickles in my sandwich so I went through again to get my order fixed. no biggie I understand mistakes happen. I get my new sandwich and it weirdly tastes like pickles (I hate pickles and I’m very sensitive to the taste). I think I must still have the taste of the old sandwich in my mouth, but I smell the bun and it smells like pickles. They had taken pickles out of the sandwich and given it to me. What the hell? A new order is a fresh order, especially when I’m asking you to leave something out of the sandwich. On top of that it’s a deluxe and it’s missing tomatoes, and the bun was cold and not toasted or buttered at all. I wouldn’t complain at any other fast food place but this is Chickfila and every sandwich I have gotten from them has been hot and perfect. So disappointing and left pissed because I was not about to go through again and sound like a Karen. Also fries were so obviously stale I didn’t even finish them. I have never had this issue with Chickfila and this location EVER. This night shift needs to get their act together because they are not doing Chickfila justice.

Please give the entire staff that was working today 3/11/24 around 2:30pm a raise. The person at the drive thru was super friendly. And whoever made the food? 5 stars. My market salad was loaded. Tried the tortilla soup for the first time and it was so good. I only write good reviews to a place if I’ve had multiple good experiences at the place. And this specific chick fil a never disappoints.

First time dining at this Chick-fil-A location was during a job interview at the nearby Sam's Club several months ago. The staff exhibited excellent manners, especially when the drive-thru operations were temporarily unavailable. To my surprise, I received a complimentary sandwich as a gesture of goodwill. I genuinely appreciate the exceptional service provided at this particular Chick-fil-A.

It was my first time eating from here and my experience was terrible. I have never encountered customer service so out of line. They made me feel like "take what I give you" sort of speak. I went to the damn drive thru. The server just stopped taking my order in the middle of me speaking and I sat there saying hello repeatedly. She finally comes back and says "are you done ordering?". How freaking rude. I guess no more Chick FIL A for me!

Told me they had to brew the coffee but I was sitting in front of the stop sign blocking ppl for over 15 minutes. Coffee doesn’t take that long. Ridiculous. Go to the Plainfield location instead.

I was lied to about the pink coupon when you buy a meal nd get the same meal for free starting 2024. I had the same pink coupon nd same receipt today and was told it wasn’t valid. Bad store management and service.

I've been to my fair share of chick-fil-a restaurants and this location is definitely one of the better chicks taste-wise. The sandwich was crispy and the fries weren't half way filled. The deduction of stars is because no one brought out our order (we ordered curbside) and I had to go into the restaurant to retrieve it. Also, we found that at the bottom of our fries were a ton of crumbs.

Continent location for me, never really have issues with the food or service. My only issue is when they have their staff outside in cold rainy conditions for long periods of time. 30 minute rotations should be the max. Seems like abuse being that the staff I usually see outside are super young. The line is backed up and we have to wait either way so please keep them inside.

We enjoy this location bc we have yet to have any issues with food or service. They are always good about being quick and accurate. I'm gluten free and I really like their options. I can get grilled chicken nuggets, or a GF bun with for my grilled sandwich. They are careful to give me my food separately. Highly recommend! This time they were playing bingo. We didn't win, but it was fun!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and Dairy Free
