Stay far away from this branch !!!!
they are so lazy they don’t do anything and sit around and done provide nothing for their business customers . Each branch manger gets fired chase just hired any idiot and gives them the job . Each staff inside this branch is useless especially the Indian old man . He needs to be let go . He didn’t assist me on 4 business accounts for years . He doesn’t do anything and just sits around .
Don’t bank here stay far away ..
Also when making large deposits I was called a Fruad and said I was skimming the system lmao ?
Very dispresctful I should have sued this branch for that . And I still should as it’s all on record .
Worst experience ever all my chase accounts are closed now and my credit cards . I will never bank with chase again do to this experience
Avoid this branch if you want your business to grow .

Vijay is a boomer and does not know how to operate a computer, every single time I come in this location I’m left with extra headache that I have to fix on my own since TRUST is lost that he can fix it, Deon James is very great and I set an appointment with him and I’m met with Vijay instead, whom I did not want service from. PLEASE HONOR WHO WE SET APPOINTMENTS WITH I KNOW WHO I CHOSE.

Even though this branch is the closest to my house, I will go out of my way to visit a different branch from now on.Even the MANAGER doesn't know his own company's regulations and he will give you the wrong information and waste your time. I had to spend time out of my own day to fix the mistakes that he made, and discover that he didn't deliver what he promised. I basically did his job, TWICE. I don't know what's worse- giving the client a horrible experience on purpose, or due to ignorance?

Fantastic service . Went to open an account today and it was such a good experience. The banker was so patient and explained us everything and made sure we had all our questions answered . Loved the experience. Went on a weekday .. so it was very quick service and not that crowded . Thumbs up ?

Rude and unprofessional staff, my mom went to do a transfer and was ignored along with 2 other customers for over 10 minutes despite staff being available. Finally went to the counter and was told she had to make an appointment to transfer money despite never having to do this in other chase branches. Do not go to this branch unless you wish to be ignored by rude employees who seem to be blind and deaf.

Two counter out of which one counter is busy second counter with three to four exective staff finishing their closing time business by punishing customer wish they can do after serving all waiting customer but no common sense that customer comes first hope they change attitude

One of the worst branches to visit. Only one banker running around to help people. 3-4 members chatting around and not evening having eye contact with the people in waiting area. Right now 6 people in the waiting area and no one helping. I don't see the Bank Manager. I have 3 business accounts with this bank and this is how they take care of customers.

It was okay. Sort of annoyed because when I was making my account, on the phone, they would say one thing, and at the branch, they would say another. Also, the ATM machine was a little confusing in that nothing lit up at the directions were a little confusing. Once you get used to it, it's fine. Getting set up is annoying, in terms of everything else, they are average.
