The service is outstanding, there’s always a sale for shoes and the employees that work here are so kind to their customers and are really helpful when it comes to customer service needs. I will definitely recommend to a friend.

Terribly condescending, lazy and ignorant management. Asked for the manager who was on the previous day and heard the person who answered the phone tell that manager "just take the phone and don't tell him who you are." This manager had crazy attitude when I tried to return shoes. I was told I couldn't return shoes (which was a lie, as I talked to Nike corporate just now). Yet at that time, no matter how disappointing it was to hear that, I still looked for shoes to buy there after that fact. Was told they wouldn't take them, I believed them, so why not buy shoes here and take it up with Nike directly. Captain Ignorant, STANK attitude Lazy Pants (AKA manager) said they couldn't take them back, and I believed him and was willing to buy shoes there again because I am an objective person. When I called to correct him this morning, he denied everything and when I was telling him how condescending he was when I was there, all he could say was that I was being very aggressive and that there was a lot of anger. Really? Because after I talked to NIKE corporate and found out you just didn't want to do some paperwork (LAZY!), I am a little hot under the collar? You lie, and very colorfully involved a co-worker to make a point that was nothing but humiliating to me as your customer. "WOULD YOU BUY THESE SHOES?????", you said to her contemptuously. Then you manager threw nose in the air and stomped off. When I asked him about a size of a shoe, he walked toward other employees and instructed them to help me. Manager never made eye contact with me once after our discussion at the counter - apparently he was done with me. That's what I do to repeat customers who I believe don't have the right information. I humiliate them then throw some attitude on them and put on a look like I can't wait for them to walk out of the door. Could you imagine? I treat my customers like gold. They are always right. But if you give them information to help them understand the situation (EVEN THOUGH HE WAS LYING IN THIS EXAMPLE), they do the right thing. Like, I don't know, maybe look to buy another pair of shoes from you...... Avoid this place at all costs. Laziest and most STANK attitude I have encountered in a long time. Never shopping here or FootLocker (one in the same company) again. Way to knock it out of the park, Champs!

I’m actually sitting here now .. i hear my mom trying on a shoe and devlin was very helpful telling her how good they looked on her etc .. i had my head down and actually looked up and smiled because i heard him .. he was helpful from the moment we walked in ..he made her feel so good about them she wore them out of the store lol … good job that spirt will take you very far in life

I had a really good experience today in this store. Javon, one of the employees, was extremely kind and helped me pick out an outfit at a decent price for my boyfriend. The employees here are really caring and helpful!

This was my first time at Champs at Menlo Park Mall and I have to say I was extremely impressed with the customer service care. Jasmine and Brandon were amazing. Brandon left an imprint on me because he had just came back from his break and still had his food in his hands when he noticed that I was lost and in need of help. Jasmine was excellent because she took just a little extra time to help me in finding the right size sneakers for my daughter.
