Super unhappy experience with this store. There is no way to reach the person who coordinate other than email which they rarely check. The manager is so clueless that in spite of his team wasted entire day responding to simple documentation request asked by financing company, he can deny the pick-up saying there is no appointment even after receiving payment from financing company, and shamelessly, they are too comfortable in wasting your hours even if you have an appointment.

We did everything online and arrived at our appointment (Saturday), we waited for 1 hour while all the people around us and those who arrived after us passed with an executive. We don't understand why they didn't allow us to take the test drive instead of making us wait an hour along with our 2 little daughters. A shame because we already had everything to make the purchase today. Terrible experience

Came in today to sell the car, and it was a great experience! Team member Juan was handling the transaction and he was great. Juan provided all information needed and did everything very fast and professional and overall was very nice and pleasant to deal with! Would definitely recommend this location to everyone

I did do a transaction with a young gentleman who’s name is Mohammed he was so easy to do business with then again my wife’s and I experienced was great with everyone at this location highly recommended looking for Mohammed. He will do the right thing by you, not the typical car dealership I’ ve experienced some dealerships they will just tell you a bunch of lies and just keep on till the end, specially Rally Lexus they fire the salesman after the nature of my complain. Not a good place to do anything with but shop and get prices to shop for lease but never do any business with them.

Had an appointment for 4:30pm, Tuesday October 15th. Waited for 45 minutes until I had to go to the front desk.
I was told to be patient and that they understand my frustration.
Employees are standing around chit chatting with each other.
Ridiculous. No way to do business.
I would give it 0 stars if It were possible.
Would of seen my appointment car faster if I ordered it to my house.
Do not come to Edison CarMax!
