Great prices on TV's nobody has better and definitely not better customer service. Every question I had from shipping time to warranty questions Reynold J. Had a fast response with the answers. This company truly wants the customer to have the best product and services. Buydig over best buy any day.

Placing an order was easy. Receiving the items was not. Only part of the order was shipped. Obtaining information on the status was extremely difficult. Emails are answered one week afterwards. Phone support is almost nonexistent.

When a luggage product in its first use came off the overseas luggage carousel missing a caster, I fretted about choice on this item and merchant.Upon contacting the merchant, was pleasantly surprised by the empathy, business judgment, and appealing options towards remuneration offered by their skilled Customer Support agent.Thank you Luis, for your excellent command of this and the fair resolution!

I had a great experience, Eddie a worker there called and informed me about my order and made sure everything was set. I love their customer service and how easy they make buying stuff from there. Even though I wasn’t able to get the camera I purchased the had no problem substituting it for another one despite it being another price!Thanks again Eddie!

I ordered a projector and unfortunately it arrived defective. I contacted the seller and they were able to expedite my return. It took a few calls to get everything finished but I was happy they were able to assist me with my return in such a quick manner. If I needed to order from them again I know I will be in good hands with their service. Josh and Lariza helped me.

Horrible, horrible store. They don't care about their customers. I had an item that was shipped. It needed to be replaced. They did not respond back at all. The company is a scam site selling damaged goods.

Please don't buy from here. Ordered an AC unit that didn't work on arrival after taking a few weeks to get here and sat on for a few weeks. Turns out to be defective and since refurbished LGs warranty didn't apply. What a waste of money. Makes more sense to buy from Amazon than to waste half a grand on dysfunctional equipment not tested before it leavea their warehouse.

Great product for a price I could afford delivered in a timely manner for the distance even when transfered to a third party trucking company the communication was clear and prompt. I would recommend this seller for people that are on a budget that think they can't afford a big TV. My only warning to buyers is to be cautious of suspicious push messages and text from scammers that know you have a package coming. My ************************* was professional and answered all my questions and concerns. I would use this service again.

It is a misfortune for me to deliver to this company as a truck driver. The venue is small and the time is too long. I waited in line for 5 and a half hours until the goods were unloaded. The staff is also very slack. Hope to improve.

In February I purchased a Microsoft Duo phone from this company. The phone ended up being defective. I bought from this company because they advertised that they are a Microsoft authorized dealer.... So upon contacting them about the defective microsoft duo, they initially wrote the following to me: " would you like to keep this item for the nice amount of 75.00?" !!!! A phone that cost 347.00 and is not working. What am I going to do with 75.00??!!! I obviously declined their "nice" offer. Then they said they couldnt replace it because it was purchased via a 3rd party, (that would be Ebay, even though all their promises are on their ebay page), they said they could only offer a refund. I accepted their limitation and asked them to proceed with the refund.First it took forever for them to send the return label, and when they got the phone they only refunded half of the total price.Every time I called to follow up they would use the excuse that the return was outside the return window, it was not! And every time they checked they would see that all was done within the appropriate time frame. Then theysaid that they needed to talk to the manager. Then they tried to say that the phone was in bad shape when they received it. Another made up lie, it was returned in its original packaging same condition as it came to me, without damage. The only problem the phone had was the display was malfunctioning. In the end we never got a call back from anyone about only getting 1/2 our money. Currently Pay Pal has stepped in to dispute the remaining balance.I am also filing complaint with Ebay directly.False advertising and corrupt business practice.

Great company! I trusted ordering from them on **** based on their high approval ************** didn't disappoint. **************** was very responsive & the product arrived in a very timely manner. Their freight/shipping partner was great as well.
