This BP location is close to my husband's job, so he stopped in for gas.
He must have sat a solid 3-4 min while the 3 attendants played on their cell phone and talked to each other. No one came over. Then my husband got out and they reluctantly came over.
Terrible customer service. He will go elsewhere.

Apparently this gas station is Under New Management maybe the proprietor should inform his employees that first come first serve and just because a person does not meet their racial qualifications does not mean that you do not see them so you serve someone who just came up this is the United States of America you need to inform your employees that this opens you for liability of civil rights of a protected race towards I belong to and I'm proud of this is a warning this time next time I can guarantee you that the Office of the Attorney General of New Jersey will be in touch have a good day

I went in the convenience store and bought something. Check my account this morning and was charged $125 for an item that costs $10. Try calling and get a voicemail message. Disputing with my bank. Absolutely terrible.

The employee at the gas pump continued to, as he called it "overfill" my tank so that it was $42.50, then he didn't have $.50 to give me for change. He continued to pump gas three or four times through the click that indicates the tank was full. I told him it's not right he overfilled the tank, and then expected me to eat the $.50. Is $.50 going to break me? Absolutely not; it's just the principle of the whole thing. How many people do they do this to each day?

Oil prices are cheap. There are many cheap places nearby, so even if the price seems relatively higher than the surrounding area, it is not expensive.

The BP gas attendant overfilled my gastank without permission. Now the inside of my car has a slight smell. Normally, once the gas is filled, the attendant just puts the pump away. This is the first major gas company pump station I have visited where the gas attendant pumps extra gas after it is done, trying to round out more money. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. Will not visit again. I should have read the reviews for this place beforehand.

Just spent 20 minutes waiting for my gas to be pumped while the employee is on the phone what seems to be arguing. Then comes opens my gas tank then walks away. Didn’t even get my gas and just closed my gas pump and drove off.
