The absolute longest time I've ever waited for deli meats at a BJ's or anywhere. 25 minutes gone from my life is just unexaptable. To make matters worse there are 3 people slicing and dicing but only one person serving a long line of customers. Do better BJ's of Edison. When I was helped, they were nice and courteous, however something needs to find because this is my 3rd and final time waiting this long.

Stock is often low mid day, and there is rarely enough cashiers during busy hours, I've seen lines that take over 30 minutes.

This is the third time I’ve purchased rotting fruit from this location. I purchased a pack of mandarin oranges and 40% of the oranges were rotting from the inside. I’ll skip this location moving forward.

We shop at Edison NJ BJ’s for many years. We like its prices and selections, always polite and helpful personal.Our favorite is Deli Department with outstanding freshest cold cuts selection.The department service is top notch.Especially I’d like to mention Antony T.Antony is very customer oriented, always with smile, having great sense of humortrying to be as helpful as possible to help and make customers happy by giving the best service and advice.Thank You Antony for your outstanding service !

Worst customer service. I purchased one item (peanut butter) and on coming back home, I found that it was totally open and not sealed. Called the store and they want me to travel 15 miles again just to return one item and shamelessly even hung up when called and told about this saying we cant do anything..are we supposed to open each item before purchasing to see if that is already used or not? will never be renewing membership again here, Costco is much better in services..

Disgusting lady as a short blonde with glasses on the floor arranging books on the shelves she seemed to work for administration. Asked kindly if she worked at BJs she was skeptical to answer me and just nodded her head as a yes. I was asking for a men’s vest on sale and her answer was that there’s so much stuff on sale she can’t remember with an ugly attitude. Never again coming to this BJs. Have nice employees working there pleas3 so customers can have the pleasure to purchase.

BJ’s in general is not good. The automated phone system is terrible, the range of options for service reps to help are minimal and really don’t solve problems, and the stores are just blah. Sticking with Sam’s and Costco.

I like shopping at BJ’s, I like the variety and the prices. What I absolutely dislike are the sales pitches by individuals trying to sell me something I don’t want. Case in point the AT &T sales people near the entrance, they have a I won’t take no for an answer attitude. As in “no I don’t want a new phone and no I don’t want to hear about great deal you can give me!”. And then comes the deceptive sales pitch, the BJ’s employee that walks up to you asking how our shopping is going and if they could help us find anything, it Morphs into a sales pitch for Solar Panels. Nope not interested in these pitches, I’ll just do my shopping and head on home.

Worst return policy, lady manager Jimmy is worst women I ever seen, very unprofessional, yesterday's purchase item they are not able to see in their system, when we show them in our bj"s app that we bought it yesterday then she said we have to escalate in IT team but still they didn't take return, worst system worst return policy and their return department behavior, not even worth for 1 point, we will not continue our membership because of that manager jimmy, it happens only in edision Bj's because of the worst staff north brunswick bj's staff is much better

I called 30 mins after leaving. Finally after getting someone on the phone located at member services I explained that I might have left a personal item at self checkout. She said they had a lost and found but I had to come into the store. Didn't ask me what it was nor when I was there. I explained that I hoped she could check without me being there, she said no because she didn't know what the item was (makes no sense because I could easily describe the item).

This place needs a face lift. The deli is hit or miss. I like my cold cuts cut thin there is a manager that says he can’t get it as thin as I want it but there is an older lady that cuts it perfectly. The deli manager is very lazy. Sometimes he tells me to get land o lakes from the already cut shelf and he is not going to cut it. So I only buy cold cuts when I can get that lady. I wish I knew her name. And I wish I knew the deli manager’s name.

Extremely poor customer service.I applied for the BJs one membership and black credit card. They charged me 75$ for it… and then sent me red card.After repeated calls and reminders and 2 months I still don’t have the card.Went to the store as well. They are utterly confused and confuse me with wrong information.I moved from Costco to BJS and they are not making me welcome….

I am customer of BJ's for more than 10 years. I ordered a TV and came for pickup at Edison, NJ location.They are trying to give a display piece, without any box and saying that is the last piece.Now the price is increased to pick up from other stores. They said they don't do nothing about it.

Customer service is not professional at all. I will avoid this BJ’s. Go somewhere else if you can. Ordering online for pick up is also a total mess, They deliver incomplete orders and they do not care or hear what the customers say. Stay away from this BJ’s, It needs different management.

Their bakery section is good with great items such as boston cream cake and danish pastries, however the quality of dairy and few other items are not fresh and good..Couple of times, I had the milk spoiled well before expiry date. There is something really wrong with the cooling temp in the freezer or with the product itself. i will never buy Milk from here.
