Prompt service. One day delivery. Product packaging was damaged in shipping and parts missing (remote). I reached out to Rizalyn A. at Beach Camera and was offered a refund equal to purchase a replacement (remote). She responded almost immediatly (within minutes) AND this was at 11:30 pm - Midnight!
