I will NEVER order from this company again! It was bad enough when they charged me for a bra that I ordered but never received, but taking way longer than 15 business days for a refund is unacceptable! The missing item was credited back so that was fine but I returned two packages back to them that they received on June 7th and I've had to chase them for my refunds. I finally received ONE refund a few days ago but I've had to yet again chase them for the other one. The response? They received the package on June 7th and that returns are processed within 15 business days of receipt. As of June 12th, it's been 24!

Christine provided incredible customer service and made me feel like I was the only customer that she needed to provide attention to that day. She was a wealth of knowledge and took time to understand what works and doesn’t work for me in a swimsuit. While buying a swimsuit from an Internet site can feel intimidating, Christine instilled confidence in me and made me feel comfortable about the decisions I made for the suits that I purchased. I highly recommend shopping with Bare Necessities primarily due to the amazing customer service I received. Thank you Christine!

Been using the company since they had physical stores. Since being online customer service has been terrible and back orders taking months instead of weeks. Yesterday was the last straw. Called because was having trouble doing an exchange online. Was on hold for 30 minutes while being first in line the whole time. Was great to wait when called when they just opened but fine I waited. Brandi finally answered and immediately starts being rude. Someone walked into the room right when she connected to the call and shocked at her behavior. At that point I decided enough is enough with bare necessities and had her instead send me an air bill the return and refund. I don’t know if she spoke to someone prior to my call who was rude but after 30+ years. I’m done.

If you have problems with shipping you get *scammed* no protection. One of my orders didn't show up. It was their fault, they admitted they didn't put my apartment on the address (even though it was on the order, I've had plenty of other orders sent here). They wouldn't send it back, even though they were getting THAT EXACT bra sent back to them at the time...they said I had to pay AGAIN to get one that DOESN'T fit. That was the recommendation.
It took almost an hour to deal with customer service. First I was told I could get the same style in ANY color in my size for the SAME price which is only fair. Then she told me "oh no, that's only IF they are on sale..." So not doing me any favors are we?
The woman tried to swindle me with the "bigger strap smaller cup=same" b.s. like at Victoria's secret. That's not true ladies! But I know many who believe it due to power of suggestion. I couldn't get that style at an affordable rate if I didn't get a different size. I knew it wouldn't fit right but I could just get my cup size with a bigger band and sew it.
She sent a bigger cup and bigger band so now it just doesn't fit right. But I needed *something* for the event I was attending so I used it anyway, just had to mess with it the whole time.
Well regardless of that issue she had promised they issued refund immediately. I asked my spouse to check the account. I guess he forgot. I went back to their website to buy something and looking in past orders for another bra, I noticed there's no note about my refund at all. Or the cancelled shipment that THEY cancelled due to THEIR mistake.
Checked the bank record and WOW- they never refunded me!!! So I paid twice as much for a bra that doesn't fit, that they knew wouldn't fit, when they said it would....??
It's been a few months so I feel like nothing can be done. I'd rather waste time with this review than with some scam artist customer service agent again.
I'm so disappointed because I have been a loyal customer for many years, about a decade, and now I don't want to continue. I am worried I'll get my money stolen again!!! Reminds me of the second order I ever made where a bunch of stuff that hadn't been listed as low stock was not sent and they claimed it was out of stock and that's why I got a partial order. I need to be more responsible. I didn't check the refund back then either. Probably blamed my spouse for missing money if it happened. Shame on me and shame on Bare Necessities.

A couple days ago, a "fit" lady suggested I switch sizes, but wait until all bras came. Today, Tiana helped me get the right new bras and quickly issued a memo for a refund once I returned the bras. She also ordered my two new bras and bonus panties with the original thirty percent discount. I received the necessary emails promptly. Tiana was friendly and pleasant to talk with. She spoke English and was easy to understand. I am hoping these bras fit since I really liked the fabric on the other ones. Great people and products! Thank you. Carole

All women are aware that finding intimates that work can be annoying and at times stressful. The customer service team at Bare Necessities is willing to put in extra effort to help you find what you need. Elyse, Justina, Nea & Tiana have all been wonderful in helping me to find the perfect fit and style for my needs. The fit quiz on the website isn't perfect, but these ladies made the buying and returning process much more "bareable". They were patient with each return, knowledgeable regarding various products, and went above and beyond to help find alternatives in other styles and sizes that might better suit what I was looking for. I have found several excellent pieces as a result of their help. The return process went much smoother than I expected it to, with their help.
