I got my wet grinder from Balaji, Edison in 2016. It's ring got damaged due to wear n tear over years and we moved out of NJ. We visited NJ and enquired if we could buy the ring as a spare part. They searched n couldn't get in the shop and wouldn't be available till next week. Took out from a new machine just to help us as we were flying back urgently. Great customer service with high quality products...!Bought many other appliances from them, never disappointed.

I had a very good experience with this shop. A year and half back I bought a wet grinder from this shop. One of plastic bearing broke due wear and tear. I could not find that part anywhere on the internet. Finally I went to shop and Mr Atul did find the exact part by going through many and he also installed it for me. Thank you very much for your help and efforts. Very good service.
