I been coming to this store for years, since opening. Never had problems. Until some "customers satisfaction" worker didn't let me pick ac belt from the side shelf. She said I can't go and she's not gonna find similar belt for me. I had my old belt with me. She literally kicked me out. Rude
Advanced auto parts across the street worked just fine. They went to basement with me to get the belt.

Went for a battery. They tested the old one said we needed a new one. They didn’t tell us until after we bought it that they wouldn’t put in the battery for us. The refused after we asked multiple times. Brought it to another auto zone where they happily put in the battery.

Stopped in tonight and was helped by Phil C. He greeted me immediately and was extremely helpful and very nice! Found all the parts I needed quickly.

They keep switching to new staff that know bothing about cars used to be a very reliable autozone 2 yrs ago

Horrible customer service told me they had a part in stock. I asked them to check and they confirmed they had it. Once I got there they tried to say I didn’t give them the proper car info. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

I had a battery changed there about a week ago. Chance (I believe that was his name - I forget already) provided great service even though it was dark and cold and the battery was a little difficult to remove and replace. The manager was also very friendly. Thanks for all your help!

Joseph was extremely helpful when giving me a hand with a light issue I was having. He was professional, ready and willing. This is the autozone you want to go to. Long story short. Go here

Phil is the best. He went above and beyond for helping me get a battery for my Kia Soul. Unfortunately, he couldn't change it for me, it's a Kia issue, but at least he took a look at my current battery and explained why.Great customer service, Phil, and to the manager, please give this man a raise!

I was having issues starting my car every other day so I went there to test my battery and Joseph helped me and greeted me as soon as I stepped in the store! He was very helpful and straightforward when it came to explain the issue with my battery! I bought a new battery and he installed it very quick! I would highly recommend Joseph he is one of the managers there. I highly recommend coming to this location and ask for Joseph.
