Had a great experience was unfortunately in Accident. Auto pro was incredibly professional and did an incredible job. There was a small delay due to having to find a part which they communicated immediately and then without needing to reach back out to them, they automatically provided me with an update once part was received.
I’d say this is what stood out the most is there understanding that everybody has things going on so instead of waiting for me to reach out. They were the ones that were reaching out to keep me updated on when my car would be ready and why it was taking the time that it needed to.

Brought my car in for an accident repair. I must say, when I picked it up my car looked beautiful! The repair was perfect AND they detailed it perfectly. They detailed outside, inside and even my trunk! Definitely recommend this place!!!

Super Professional and Welcoming Service, and replaced my quarter panel and rear bumper after getting hit twice and it looks immaculate, like it just came off the showroom. Highly Recommend coming here.

I highly recommend this body shop for needed repairs. In June a tree branch came down on the roof of my car and caused damage to the roof, windshield, hood and grille. My insurance company recommend Auto Pro and I am glad they did because my car was done in a reasonable amount of time and it looks brand new! I also want to mention that Sebastian (one of the owners) kept me informed on how the repairs were progressing, and took the time to answer the many questions I had during the repair process. I was so pleased with this shop that I decided to proceed with additional body work the car needed (my side passenger door was previously hit by someone in a parking lot and I also needed a new trunk lid and bumper due to damage in those areas) . The additional body work also looked great and I was happy I decided to have the work done. I would definitely use Auto Pro for any future needed repairs.

I was visiting out of state and they were able to handle a small issue so quickly and conveniently. After my first call to confirm that they could assist, they even called me back to confirm where I was to see if there was a more convenient location for faster assistance - much appreciated!

So far so good. Nice staff and keeps us informed in the steps and stages.
I will update the review as we make progress with the repair.
Almost 5 stars, I would appreciate if proactive calls can be made by the business on delays encountered in delivery. Though it may be due to outside factors like parts procurement etc

I've had car repairs done twice at this shop, and my experiences were excellent. They do great work and keep you informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Auto Pro Collision.
