Loved live pani puri served by urmila aunty. Her samosa chat was even better. I took a quick detour and it was worth it.

I visited last night. Bought a packet of Pavizham rice. The store was closing so they rushed us. There was no price tag on the rack, the lady told us we will see the price at the counter. my husband bought it it was 39.99 $ for 20 lbs. I confirmed with them. It is scam everywhere else it is much cheaper. I do understand that the there is shortage of rice but such kind of price is ridiculous. Never to return to this place.

Known for Indian grocery. Pretty much same as any other Indian Grocery in the area. You can also purchase freshly cooked snacks, roti ( Indian bread) .Parking is tricky, it is not best suited to accomodate vehicles traffic. I recommend keep be cautious as tou approach the store.Friendly employees, well organized.

I purchased a packet of 25 Rotis freshly made in Apna Bazar. Looking at the size and weight of the packet, I had doubts about the number of Rotis and happen to count it. To my surprise, that packet had only 23 rotis. Upon on request, the shop keeper let me change the packet but even the other packet had 23 rotis. This experience was eye opening for me and very unethical. Corrective measures should be taken immediately!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I bought rotis and they were old like 2-3 days before they made. Never buy anything from Apana Bazar!

good store for indian grocery but their products are often expired and they do not check for expired products or remove them from the shelf. Keep your eyes open and check for dates. You may reach home to realize that the product can be kept in a museum coz it is that old.

Please be cautious , Apana Bazar strictly has No Return Policy. They tell customers one or other reason to deny return of the products even if we try to return the product within 1 or 2 hours in it's original condition (without opening)

BEWARE!!!! Please check your receipts thoroughly before leaving the store. These people are high class cheats and cash register people are trained to cheat you. Items were ranging with incorrect price. Today April 7th 2023 check# 539825 amount $ 413.60. My cash register person was Diksha 1009. She was very rude and had an attitude. She rang several items twice. Upon being caught she unapologetically started showing her attitude. This store is nothing but a disgrace. If you shop here be very vigilant and ensure you are not being tricked or cheated!!!

We have been visiting this place since its beginning on Oaktree Road in Edison, NJ. Fresh vegetables and rothi made on premises is what we like most about this place. Prices are reasonable, and the service is friendly. We avoid visiting it on weekends as it is usually crowded.
