My granddaughter and I went there tonight and got some of the best service we’ve ever had in a long time for optical wear. The man who helped us was exceptionally helpful, honest, and caring. Even called another america’s best franchise located in Bridgewater New Jersey. To talk to them about the up charge they charged her for a visit and he got it taken care of. This is the kind of service. All businesses should be given to their customers. Much appreciated. Geri and Rachel Taylor ?

All the employees from this place are knowledgeable and caring, they really go out of their way to make sure every pair of glasses I pick up fit and are comfortable. I've been coming here for years!! Love this place!!

TALK ABOUT AWESOME!!! Ms. Jenna from the moment I walked in was incredibly compassionate and listened to my concerns. I'm visiting my aunt who was just in the ICU at a nearby hospital & my glasses fell off my face & broke. My mother and I ubered here not knowing what to expect. Ms. Jenna immediately calmed my nerves, by offering true care and that can make all the difference. She followed it up with multiple options and gave me hope. She quickly looked up my information got the damaged glasses and BOOM she worked her magic. While we waited we spoke to Ms. Ima, she was so kind and helped to also give us a breather from our stress. THE ENTIRE PROCESS TOOK MAYBE 15 MINUTES!!! These ladies are an invaluable asset to this company! (I know I said Invaluable- but gi e them a raise) I am ALMOST glad my glasses broke.

I left work early as planned for my appointment at America's best (or so they claim), but I ended up arriving 10 minutes late due to traffic. Upon entering, I promptly apologized and took responsibility for my tardiness. However, the man at the front desk insisted that I reschedule my appointment. I politely inquired if they had a grace period, to which he replied that 10 minutes was the grace period. I found this puzzling because technically, I had made it on time to be seen. Moreover, there were no other patients waiting, and in the past I’ve had to wait past my scheduled time to be seen by them. It’s okay for the patients to wait long periods, but God forbid them waiting on you. I am disappointed by their lack of accommodation, and it would have been nice if they had at least given me a courtesy call to inform me that my appointment would be canceled if I did not arrive within a certain timeframe.

Great customer service and helpful staff. Assisted me with glasses I had purchased from another company online that were sent to me with the wrong prescriptions. The staff helped me correct the issue with no additional fee. I highly recommend America's Best and will be using them in the future.

Very very helpful staff. Freddy and Stephanie were very helpful and she went through a bunch of glasses with me until I found the right pair. I didnt have to wait more than 5 minutes to see the doctor either. 10/10 staff

One of the lenses popped out of my glasses and I went into the Edison store to have it fixed, even though I didn't buy it there. It was fixed immediately, at no charge, by a very friendly gentleman. I will certainly go back there when the time comes to buy new glasses.

Front desk associates have no manners. They have bad attitude from the moment you walk-in. Do not expect them to say, thank you, sorry, or have a good day. Isn’t customer service is all about? They lack empathy, I would better deal with bots and check in myself than see such human behavior on the front desk. Do better!!

Excellent customer service!!! Would recommend them to everyone. Got 2 pairs of glasses in February. An arm on 1 pair suddenly became loose yesterday. Went in today...within 15 minutes fixed and ready to go. Staff is very pleasant and friendly. Service with a smile!!! Thank you for a quick easy fix and a fun conversation!

Poor experience. Had an appointment where I was running late (about 12min.) and they, understandably, told me I had to reschedule due to their 10 minute late policy. My fault, and they were following policy, so no issue and I get it and rescheduled.I show up early for my new appointment, they tell me to take a seat in the waiting area and that I would be attended to shortly. I am the only one waiting in the area. I wait until nearly 20 minutes past my appointment and no one has said anything to me or addressed me in any manner -- I look inside the exam room and see an employee on her phone. I then spoke with the receptionist to cancel my appointment and to her credit, she was surprised that no one helped me and generally was sympathetic and I appreciate her assistance.What is the point of having an appointment and being so strict about it when the client is at fault? Why can the doctor be more than 10 minutes late and we have to deal with it? I have to take off work to make these appointments and if my time is not respected equally, why should I choose this location?It's a lack of professionalism and attention that ultimately will impact my decision to come back to this store. Be prepared to have to be on top of the employees to make sure they attend to you.
