I have been trying to return one of two pairs of shoes I recently bought and the site will not generate a QR code or return label for me. There is no phone customer service and all I get is automated responses on email. I have now called corporate headquarters and left a voicemail. I will never buy shoes from this company again if they cannot enable me to return an item. I am in day three of trying to do a task as simple as return a pair of shoes.

I will never purchase your shoes again! You have no store in NYC to allow your customers to see and try on! So if your customers purchase any shoes for $29.99 or less and don't like them. You leaving us hanging with a credit!

Horrible, I bought 5 pairs about 4 months ago, the inner soles are coming apart, they are not usable anymore. I tool pictures and complain and they are refusing to replace them or give me a store credit, they asked me for the receipt that I provided. Even they don't need to ask for them since this shoes supposedly are a great quality abd they are not. A few months ago they where about to fill for bankruptcy that's why they offered all their remaining shoes half of the price. They were saved by us, the customers and they don't care a dime! Stay away from them.

Horrible quality. Actually, these shoes have no quality at all. I spent $70 on a pair of wedges only for them to fall apart after the second time wearing them. I sent Aerosoles an e-mail with no response. Any response would have been better than no response. I will make sure to tell every female I know how horrible Aerosoles shoes are.

They sent me someone else order (totally different shoes) with that person invoice inside the package and when I returned it they gave me store credit instead of crediting my credit card !!!
