Showed up for bloodwork. Receptionist was dismissive of me, and said we couldn't take you because we cannot get in contact with your doctor. I immediately contacted my doctors open office to clarify exactly what I needed. After going back and forth and BURNING AN HOUR, I decided to leave, driving to labcorp about 10 minutes down to road.I walked in, and immediately the receptionist at Labcorp knew exactly what to do. I got blood drawn within 10 minutes of walking in.Moral of story, If you want something done in a timely manner, by professionals who actually care about their patients, Id stay away from this place.

This is the second year in a row that the company has filed my claim under the wrong diagnostic code and sent me a bill. This even though my referral had the correct code in BIG BOLD FONT.Attempting to reach the manager Jayesh was unsuccessful as all our calls were being disconnected.

Prior to us arriving, we were on the phone with an agent that told me the I could walk in and check my daughter in for blood work. I got there and the lady at the front desk was dismissive and said she could not draw blood because she was by herself. When we asked her why she said that she also didn't have the tubes for the baby and put her head down and went back on her phone.

I had my blood drawn at my doctors office who uses this lab. I did not receive results until 10 days later after I had to call multiple times and other tests were not completed and was not informed that some tests would take longer. Had I know this I would have definitely gone elsewhere even if I had to pay more as I was a cash patient who paid nearly $150 out of pocket. Only business no patient care or respect.

I went to this location to get blood work and it was one of the worst experience of my life. The two older ladies who worked there were so rude to me and refused to help me at first. It was very clear and obvious that they were also speaking badly about me. The lady at this location also barely spoke and understood me when I was speaking I don’t think she knew much English. She then took forever taking my blood and she rushed when she finally did. I also had to call multiple times to get them to send over the information to my doctor

Pathetic service as they are non-Cooperative, non polite and site some Protocol that they can’t evidence. I was there to collect my wife’s reports that they Bluntly denied asking her to go there and pick up as per Protocol. When I challenged them (Anita) they said they don’t have any copy of any protocol and I shall speak to their Head Office. When I asked a copy of protocol once again, she simply dialed and connected to one Tiara who again didn’t have the copy and was not listening to what I was conveying. They do not understand that there needs to be a process per which they should release the report.Incidentally, some sane Doctor released the report based on the ID card if my wife. Now isn’t that a flawed process? Ah and they don’t accept soft copy of the IDs, they want you to take a round trip home for that ???

I wish to give zero stars :-( It has been 5 working days and they do not have the results of PCR test. One of the worst Diagnostic labs ever. I do not understand why Rutgers has a tie up with this lab. When we call, they keep us on hold for a long time and do not have any answer.

I called this morning, and they set up the appointment at 2:30PM this afternoon. When I went there at 2:30, I was told it's their break time, and asked me to go back at 3:30PM. I'd like to put 0 if I could. Don't go there to waste your time.

Did not send results of my blood report to the Dr.When I called to ask why, I was just told ‘Have the Dr call and we will fax them’. No explanation of why they were not sent.

Putting 1 star is being very generous. 2 office staff did not great us, made us feel they were doing us a favor, and during times of COVID you want to see a clean facility. It was FILTHY. Tech MA was not wearing gloves, just touching everything without washing hands or sanitizing hands. DO NOT go here! Horrible staff and not well kept !

If I could put 0, I would do so! Accurate Diagnostic charged my insurance for $8000 for a blood test! And apparently for 2 coronavirus tests at the same day! Scammers! Save yourself and avoid this place!
