Today as some people may know was bring a cup to 7eleven day. I was very excited for this event as I’m sure others were. The rules were that you can bring whatever cup as long as it could fit within the cardboard display that would be 10 inches. I found a container measuring it just incase and made my way. Upon entering the store I found the display near the slurpee station. The man behind the counter was a round man who seemed to be in his 40s with a red plaid button up shirt. He came up to me and immediately declared my cup was too big gesturing for me to use the display to prove his point. I took my container that currently had the lid off and put it in the display and it fit perfectly I was happy to see that. However before I could further my enjoyment the man began retaliating saying that the cup had to have its lid on. Upon hearing this I could immediately tell what was going on. I asked him where it said that as the display specified the rules he claimed “his boss” told him that the containers had to have their covers. So I put on the cover and held my breathe as I put the cup and miraculously it fit! Of course this wasn’t enough for the old man as he continued to say “it’s to big” and walked away saying in order to get the deal I needed a 7 eleven membership and points, something I couldn’t find searching up the terms of the BYOC day, and that he wasn’t going to argue with me. Im honestly disappointed how this experience turned out I wasn’t expecting such an honestly rude interaction.

TERRIBLE! Do not go here for any reason. Horrible customer service, dirty and disgusting store. The owner here is a rude and inconsiderate person who does not deserve to have the 7-11 store name. This place deserves negative stars.

The staff were extremely rude and disrespectful. They started yelling at us with things that shouldn't have been said. I cant believe they treat there customers like this.

The “man” that works at night is racist and my first encounter with him was “everyone that works here is nice but you” he thought I said “everyone that works here is nice f you”.LANGUAGE BARRIER. So ever since then I’ve been trying to be kind and rid him of his attitude but nothing works. Tonight so bought American Spirts as I usually do $13 cigs roughly. I accidentally left the cogs I bought and walked out. I walked back in and said “ the cigarettes” he SLOWLY pulled them from where he had them hidden. I said “very kind” and began to walk out, as I was walking out he SCREAMED at me something Idk watch the cameras it happened between 11-12am. So tomorrow my bf is going to go in and try to diffuse this situation as nice as possible so this MEAN MISERABLE person will no longer continue. I know I am a soma and customs are different in India but perhaps the owner should speak to him about different customs.

I bought pizza rolls there 3pm today may 26 2023 I went on my dinner break 730pm to open them and find that it was all rotten green luckily I work 2 minutes away I went to them and demanded a refund and they refused so this is my negative review for a shoddy run 7 eleven boycott them and never buy anything from them again. Everything is past their expiration date. Lazy cheap stingy assholes! Never again!

7 eleven is always a go to spot for a quick snack or a Slurpee or something to tidy up your palate. Very cool with the staff and I learn new words in a different language other English when I do visit 7 eleven. Good experience all around.

My god this store staff n manager has seriously bad attitude problem n they really don’t have any kind of any good manners to talk.Worst worst customer service n they were Totally bad RUDE. I asked the manager what’s ur name then he ask me who am I to ask him, never ever going back to this location.I said I’m the customer to ask, then he tells me are you interested in me to get married so I can u give me ur name, then i said what are your talking worst all this. My god what is all this the worst manager was talking worst to me.Even then his staff the guy who was standing next to him was laughing n making a joke if it.this is not good.
