DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE - They have the absolute worst personnel working there! They are rude, and should not even have their own store! The two men who work there Nick and Jay are absolutely the nastiest people I have ever dealt with in customer service!. The older gentleman Jay actually got into a verbal disagreement with me over coffee where he repeatedly told me that I was nasty and that my face is just nasty. This is after I was yelled at for confronting them about a machine in their establishment that wasn't brewing, coffee, correctly and having to dump the coffee. He charged me additional for the additional cub that was wasted and then continue to call me nasty. I decided to try to give them another shot. where today I was confronted by both of them after explaining to them the same issue that I've had prior with this machine. I will be making a formal complaint to 7-Eleven franchise, but these people should not have their own franchise. Do not honor this establishment they do not deserve your money. I can't even give one star to this establishment, because they are absolutely the worst business I have ever been in. Do not o here!

Everything else is good. But they should really stop selling these cooked foods. Biggest mistake of even buying it. I bought a chicken tender on a stick. It was $11.When i tell you, I bit into it felt like I was biting on a rock Chicken tasted like it was left out for days and was microwaved. Biting on the chicken itself was like chewing on those dog chew toys. It was inedible. Never again especially since it was so expensive.

One star is too generous.I stopped in to cash out some scratch off lottery tickets, and I apparently neglected to scratch off the barcode on two tickets (out of six or seven). It wasn't intentional.As the guy behind the counter came across the tickets with covered barcodes, he started shouting "YOU DIDNT SCRATCH THESE OFF MAN! YOU GOTTA SCRATCH THEM OFF! COME ON" And then, of course, he tossed them back across the counter and waited while I uncovered the barcodes with a key.You would think I insulted the guy personally. Actual shouting. Over something that was easily resolved in a few seconds and with just a tiny bit of human decency. What a miserable man.Great way to ensure someone doesn't return to your store.

The old guy working the store ar night is super rude. And illiterate as well. He couldn't read the name from my DL to compare to card and declined whole purchase literally saying me to "go away". Even the next customer in line who confirmed name by just giving one look at my DL and car - couldn't change his mind. Was spending 200$+ a week at this location - it is next to my house since 2012. I guess no more untill this guy is finally fired.Rest or the stuff super hard working, friendly and amazing people.

DO NOT go in there at night is you're black. I was racially accosted by night staff for shopping will black. Clueless older indian man got made after i asked for a price check on a beverage rang up higher than it was listed for. He accused me of trying to steal from him and proceeded to call the police on me. I instructed him to go right ahead then he cancelled the call when i didnt flinch. I will be contacting corporate as well
