I’m so happy with our decision to move here. The energy is so light and refreshing. The whole team is soooo friendly - from leasing to concierge to management. I can see they all love working here (some having been here for a decade).The apartment is in great condition and the little things I had issues with they solved straight away. I love it!

Since we moved in on 19 January, we have had nothing but first rate service. The few issues we had to address were corrected quickly, professionally and with a helpful attitude. We could not ask for better.

By far one of the most seamless experiences when it came to scheduling a walkthrough, applying and signing a lease! We love calling Windsor at Mariners our home! We toured our appointment via video with Yvonne and were pleasantly surprised to find our home to be better than we imagined. The grounds at Windsor are beautiful and well taken care of. The entire team is incredible, from the maintenance crew to the front office to the concierge - everyone seems to be proud to be a part of the Windsor team and it shows. We are so grateful to the staff and team for helping us find a great place to call home.

Windsor was a great choice for my family. We did a self tour & applied immediately. The space, view & community checked all our boxes. Carly is just amazing she was soo helpful & Christine from the leasing office was beyond gracious with getting our application & move in expedited so we could enjoy our vacation. The neighbors are welcoming, front desk staff has been helpful. We are excited to explore our new community & make new memories at Windsor.

The Windsor at Mariners is undeniably the premier luxury apartment complex with unparalleled management and maintenance in the Edgewater/Fort Lee vicinity. Despite exploring numerous other rental buildings before settling here, none compared— not even the newer high-rises near the George Washington Bridge charging exorbitant rents for minimal square footage. Initially attracted to The Palisades, its initial appeal faded upon discovering resident grievances on platforms like Google and Yelp—ranging from prolonged lack of hot water to inadequate insulation and malfunctioning elevators.Since moving to Windsor at Mariners a month ago, I understand why almost 160 residents have bestowed it with 5-star ratings on Google. It's not solely due to its stunning aesthetics and fantastic amenities (including both indoor and outdoor pools) but also its community. Every resident I've encountered exudes maturity, intelligence, and respectfulness. Unlike other rental spaces, disturbances such as noise or unwanted odors from smoking are virtually non-existent here. Moreover, the Windsor Tower's exceptional insulation and ventilation minimize the likelihood of disturbances from neighbors.Furthermore, the management team—Christine, Yvonne, and Carly—and the maintenance crew—Tony, Fernando, and Angel—are the cornerstone of this establishment. Their dedication to ensuring residents' happiness is evident as they willingly go above and beyond to address any concerns. They are the driving force behind transforming this over 20-year-old building into a residence that feels brand new. My heartfelt thanks to Windsor at Mariners for providing us with a wonderful new home!

Where to start? The journey started about 2 months ago when my husband and I had a pretty good idea we wanted to rent an apartment in Edgewater. The question was, where in Edgewater? We searched the area in person and online. We narrow our choices by making a list of things that were important to us and things we wanted in our new place that we wanted to call home. Truthfully, it wasn't hard once we found the Windsor. Right from the start, we liked it a lot. We knew it had all the things that we were looking for. At least in paper and from the outside. So, at this point it was just a matter of visiting and see for ourselves if in fact, the Windsor was going to be our future home. Right from the start, we had an appointment with the nicest person, Carly. Carly works in the lease office and for a good reason. She's full of energy, friendly, knowledgeable and more important makes you feel at home right away. It makes you feel part of the great community that Windsor is. When you visit the Windsor, you don't feel hesitation. You feel right. Everything it's being done to make you feel that way. And for a good reason. After our visit, we went back home and agreed that if we were going to move to Edgewater, it was going to be at the Windsor. And so we did. A few months later, we signed the contract (very smoothly process) and we moved in.After our move we had a few little things that needed to be taken care in the apartment. Needless to say, Fernando came in right away and fixed them. He's fantastic and so does the rest of the people working in this building.One of the things that impressed us about this building and keep in mind that we're only being here for about 3 weeks but we read substantially online reviews before commit to it, is that the people that work in here are very professional. They keep on top of things. They want to maintain the kind of quality of living people are used to and expect from a building such as this one.So, in summary, is this building perfect? No. But, I don't think you're going to find one. But, what I can tell you is this, if you choose to move in, you will be very happy not only for the location, the convenience of restaurants, stores, transportation, walking areas, amazing views, but also, by the way this place is being run. It shows that they care, it shows that they want to keep it at a certain level and that's what makes The Windsor at Mariners a great place to live.

As a longtime (now 5 year+) resident, I just wanted to give thanks for such a terrific maintenance team. The maintenance crew of Tony, Fernando and Lovell, as well as the porters, Emilio, Angel, Martin and Juana are all fantastic. Anytime there is an issue, they are fast to respond and take care of things quickly and efficiently, and do an amazing job keeping the property immaculately spotless. A special thanks to Fernando for solving any of our minor apartment issues with great technical ease and always a friendly conversation. In addition, the Concierge crew and Management team are always available to help and no questions go unanswered. It is great having such wonderful team members here to help make Windsor at Mariners such an amazing community to call home.And you can't beat the view either!

My husband and I have been living at Mariners Cove for 13 years and we absolutely love it, it offers us a safe entertaining relaxing community environment, and a professional friendly and available staff, also extra kudos to the maintenance staff who are very considerate, professional and attends to our maintenance issues, with doing an excellent job and always available when you need them. Mariners Cove is a five star community.

Windsor at Mariners is an amazing, family friendly building with awesome amenities! There are residents from all over the globe, so you get a lovely mix of cultures. Lots of young families, so the pool area is always fun during the summer - plus the heated indoor pool is a blessing in winters! The common deck with barbeques has a huge lawn with city views. The residents are super respectful and polite. Last but not the least, the staff is the best! Starting from the leasing office (Carly helped us with dozens of questions), the concierge (the most friendly polite, courteous, and helpful I've known!), and the maintenance staff - very responsive, polite and attentive!
