service was great. i would have added last star but i realized they added apple one to my account 10 a month and i never gave permission nor we talked about it. so great store and service. manager is the best. but double check every single feature they add. especially apple one. 10$ a month. they are sneaky. they broke everything down but didn't mention apple one. so they prob get commission on apple one or some kind of benifite.

Careless and unprofessional employees . I stood in the store for 20 minutes and wasn’t acknowledged or greeted with a simple “we’ll be with you shorly.” I walked out. Go to another location or be prepared to waste your time.

Last year, when I tried to change my cell phone, I had a problem with canceling it, and Kayla, who works at this branch, solved the problem and changed it to a new phone.She was very kind and grateful for her willingness to understand my English, even though I am not very good at it.

The worst experience i had to go through. If you want to be helped, visit the location in Fairview. The reps at the Promenade didnt even attemptTo help me. They need to learn to listen. They need to learn to at least make an attempt to help instead of immediately saying no. I felt discriminated at this place. Employees show no empathy, they don't care. I feel the choose who to be nice and attentive with. While i was on the phone with verizon trying to explain for the 10th what was going on, the rep was going above and beyond for another client moving service from t mobile. Do they prefer new customers and is that why existing clients receive such a poorExperience? Def not the store to do business with

Shoutout to all the fabulous team at this store specially to JC and Francisco, they will always tell you what's convenient for you and will not sell just because. I appreciate the time they took with me and my family we recently migrated from AT&T, they told us exactly what to do and how everything was going to be. I have been working in the hospitality and airlines industry for almost 2 decades and I was amazed by their service and dedication, I recommend everyone to go there and have a great experience like I had. JC and Francisco THE BEST.

The team here feels very predatory with their customers and makes you feel like they want you to buy on the spot. Verizon makes up these deals that arent deals will make a sale. Even with military discount and being Verizon customers for years, the deal is the same price if I went online or buying a phone straight from Samsung.

The service in this store is terrible. I went in to get a new iPhone and switch to Verizon. The staff member who set up the phone for me did something that caused the phone to not recognize me as the account holder. This resulted in many emails and calls to Verizon, but the problem was never solved. During yet another call to customer service, the technician unregistered my phone and then was not able to re-register it. So now I have an unregistered phone!!! I am leaving Verizon for another carriier but can't use the trade in offer because my phone is not registered. Stay away from this store and, quite frankly, from Verizon in general. THey have zero customer service. It is all about the sale and the upgrading. Sandra B.

Came in with an iPhone 13 glitch and a SIM card no longer working Shawna and Deny helped me tremendously while waiting on the phone with tech support and now my iPhone is back on and working well!!!
