“I am from out of state and whenever I am in NYC this is my go to Awesome spot. Great selection and quality. Highly recommended! Love the shops vibez too, they have done a few seasonal functions in the back yard during the summer for new and returning folks. It’s a one stop spot if you’re going out b/w the flower and other merchandise available. I have my dog when I travel; I can come by with my dog since they are pet friendly so it works out great!!! The vintage is a nice touch from everything else around!”

“This specific puff city location is the best one out of them all. They have literally everything from tobacco, cbd, pipes, incense, cartridges, gummies, delta 8, lighters etc.
I tried other smoke shops but they cant keep up. The owners of this Puff city location are serious about this business and always have new things in stock.

“Amanda is the best and always will be!!! Can't speak for anyone else who works for that company, but prices for vape devices have gone up over the past few months now. They do have all the coils and pods you could want and if you have any questions about any of the devices Amanda can explain everything about them and what's good about a device and then what's a potential downside to it as well you always understand what you're purchasing when Amanda helps you out! Last note best prices I've ever seen for rolling papers around!

They have a really good selection, have their own flavor menu, their prices are very fair, and the guy who works there gave me great recommendations and assistance. Ignoring the fact that Mohamed and his brother are some of the hardest workers I've ever met, they'll go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. If they don't have something in stock, they order it. If I'm looking for a new type of cigar, they give me recommendations. If a cigar has unintentionally dried out, or won't draw easily, they'll give me a new one, no questions asked. That's amazing customer service, and that's why I recommend them to any and everyone in the area.”
