Spoke with Angelina and she was superb with helping me fax a pdf .. Her manner was superb and attentive thanks.

Staff is super helpful and the wait times, even during peak hours, are never too long. I’ve probably dropped off over 50 packages here in the past year, and I never had a bad experience.

This ups is disappointing! The workers there are always on there phone. No one wants to help, always has a look on their face like you’re bothering them for even being there. Went in for a simple return and felt like such a disturbance to them. Hopefully they can get there act together
