I highly recommend everyone go see Devyn at the Salon at this Ulta Beauty! She’s a FANTASTIC aesthetician! I can’t tell you how good she’s made my skin look and feel. I legit have glass skin it’s crazy! Also she’s probably the best makeup artist in NJ. Thank you so much for making me feel and look beautiful! I’ll definitely be her client for life!

She never rushed me, and her patience was remarkable as she recommended and tested various products on me.
I genuinely felt like a VIP with Misba's attentive and personalized care. She made me feel confident and beautiful, guiding me through the entire process with expertise and warmth. Thanks to her, I left Ulta with a fantastic set of makeup, including foundation, concealer, bronzer, primer, and highlighter. Misba's outstanding service made my shopping experience delightful, and I couldn't be happier with my purchases.

I have received the worst customer service here or none at all. Two years in a row I’ve made makeup appointments at the Edgewater location and they cancel on me the same day!! Horrible! The reason was the make up artist called out sick last min. I’m left with either doing my makeup myself which I’m not an expert, or having to look everywhere to find someone to do it that same day. Imagine the stress that puts someone when they have a special occasion to attend and they cancel on you the same day. Well, this year was no different, I gave them another chance because they’re the closest to me, so I called about two weeks ago to schedule another makeup appointment. They told me no make up artists were available but they could have my make up done with a Chanel consultant, I was not familiar with this. So I asked if they do full face makeup, the lady said yes. When I asked about the price she said all I had to do was buy 3 products from the Chanel line. I thought it was okay and I left my number and name for my appointment. Days later, I found it weird that I didn’t get a text confirmation. I decided to call them 3 days before my event to confirm my appointment was made and lucky me! no where to be found! When I explained about the Chanel consultant or specialist the lady on the phone was so rude, instead of apologizing to me for being given the wrong information she treated me like I was such a fool for believing what I was told. She said the consultants don’t do full face makeup. How Was I supposed to know that when I was told they do? She didn’t offered to at least call me if someone cancelled or didn’t even check to see if she had an opening. Instead she suggested I speak with a manager which I agreed to. She places me on hold for 8 minutes!!! and the mngr never came to the phone. After all this I would never give this place my money, there’s other ultas locations that are much more professional. Don’t know who’s running this place but the staff needs to be checked because how can they have so many incompetent plp giving wrong information over the phone. Go somewhere else!

They are nasty there , attitude, they hate what they doing, the girl refuses to give me my birthday gift , she ask for a coupon to scan , ok i call costumer service and they semd to me and she walk away without g8ve to me, they need change the staff, i have a credit card i spent money there all the time, if you dont like your job go study and became something, dont be miserable in a place that you don't belong.

Recently I visited the Edgewater Ulta. I was able to buy the product I needed. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, there was one manager, a blonde woman, who was extremely condescending to the staff. I met this manager as well, she was snooty and quite tough with me - I'm a customer! I believe she is new to Ulta and feel you would like to know this about her. I don't want to give this location of Ulta a bad review, but I feel it is important to know how a manager is treating staff as well as customers. Respectfully submitted, Elyse

Fraudulent store. Purchased an item and when I tried to return the product unopened a week later (because Sephora had the same item at a better deal) they said it was already returned and I needed to call customer service. The customer service agent told me the mgr need training and I would get called back which never happened. Next time I need something I’ll go to Amazon!!

I booked a make up appointment with Devyn on September 14th to have my make up done on November 11th for an event. She calls me TWO DAYS before my event to tell me that someone booked this slot in October and that she is unable to do my make up. I explained to her that I booked this appointment in SEPTEMBER so it’s impossible for me to have booked over someone that booked only one month ago. And I have the confirmation text to prove it. She then says that she can do my make up at 8:30am as a courtesy. Be for real. This is so unprofessional.
