“Okay so I’ve been to a lot of smoke shops in Yonkers, at least 6. They all have the same prices but different options. I keep going back to Celtic Smoke Shop because of the owner Kab. He’s the one that makes going to the shop so great. If you need anything he has multiple options and nice enough to hang out and chat for a while. If you really like something and he doesn’t sell it he’ll even order it for your next visit. Awesome guy, great customer service, and such a big variety of products :)”

“Took my friend here for a birthday drink in the upstairs lounge. Reservation process was easy. Service was fantastic and friendly. Top notch vibes and cigar selection. Server was able to answer all questions and accommodate drink requests. Located in Financial District, so public transport, walking, or taxi recommended. Parking will be very difficult-expensive in a garage. Close to other downtown locations if visiting from out of town. Highly recommend.”

They are very knowledgeable in their products and in their services not only are they knowledgeable they are very professional and very respectful with anybody that comes through those doors they do not discriminate, nor do they disregard anybody they don’t look at them as customers rather than as family, they socialize with their customers and they help them out by giving them discounts. Of course if you know them and if they know you well, not only do they sell, but sometimes you can just talk to them and they are very opening. The owner is an amazing person. He’s very humble and very outgoing, there is a gentleman by the name of blue who is very professional and very friendly and is accepting with his customers. His work skills are phenomenal. I do recommend going to this place rather than any other to go buy your products. I don’t think they deserve a five star I do believe their rating should be infinite stars of how good of a service they do, and how well they take care of you other places will scam you with these people will never scam you best place to go”

“I am from out of state and whenever I am in NYC this is my go to Awesome spot. Great selection and quality. Highly recommended! Love the shops vibez too, they have done a few seasonal functions in the back yard during the summer for new and returning folks. It’s a one stop spot if you’re going out b/w the flower and other merchandise available. I have my dog when I travel; I can come by with my dog since they are pet friendly so it works out great!!! Billy took the time showed me everything I need to know about cigars, from how they are made, developing my pallet, maintaining my humidor, and what to look for when buying.Between Billy and his brothers Gus and Bass, you will not find a more knowledgeable or more helpful tobbocnist.The shop can get very crowded and noisy during the evening, especially when there is an event taking place, but regardless if you are white collar, blue collar or no collar, everyone it's made to feel welcome and on the level..The humidor it's well stocked and maintained. It may not be as huge of a selection as Cigars International, but it's damn near close and you won't find a bad stick at all. If it's in there, they've smoked it, and like it. They also have a fine selection of accessories from lighters, cutters, humidors, and more.Bottom line, best cigar shop in NYC, period.UPDATE: Bass, Billy, and Gus have moved on and sold the shop, but it's still the best cigar store in NYC.”

Ignoring the fact that Mohamed and his brother are some of the hardest workers I've ever met, they'll go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. If they don't have something in stock, they order it. If I'm looking for a new type of cigar, they give me recommendations. If a cigar has unintentionally dried out, or won't draw easily, they'll give me a new one, no questions asked. That's amazing customer service, and that's why I recommend them to any and everyone in the area.”
“Amazing cigar club. Staff and members are extremely friendly and it is a warm and inviting lounge. Two very large TV screens for games and movies, and some extremely well kept cigars. Maybe the best controlled humidor temps I've experienced. There is an attached restaurant next door with amazing food and they will bring food and beverages right to you in the cigar lounge. Highly recommend.”
