Wish the gift box prices were actually a deal. Went to Macys to see the gift box prices were the same exact packaging and prices. No real deals going to an actual store versus Macys.

The ladies who work here are nice. However, I will not be coming back to this store. Recently, I was informed that one of your foundation lines only extends up to shade three, which is the darkest shade offered at your Edgewater Nj location. When I checked online, I noticed that it extends up to shade 4 which is exactly what I needed. I would like to emphasize the importance of inclusivity and accommodating the diverse range of skin colors and shades within your customer base.Please consider stocking a more comprehensive selection of foundation shades, particularly those designed for darker skin tones. Also, the staff needs to be retrained. Thank you.

This is a store selling solely Shiseido cosmetics, which is a rarity in a tri-state area. The staff is highly experienced and very friendly. It was such a pleasure to get a consultation from Keiko, so knowledgeable, attentive and so very helpful; there was no rush, no pressure to buy - excellent specialist selling excellent cosmetics.

Went here on a whim on a Sunday to buy something nice for my uncle for his birthday.Keiko helped me pick out a good sunscreen and a skin care product for my uncle. There was no line at all when I came so not very busy around 4PM.Sales lady even surprised me with some nice samples at the end and she even wrapped the gift for my uncle! Thanks again!

A lot of chain department stores near me stopped selling the men's line. This place had excellent customer service and are very friendly. I will definitely be coming back! I didn't feel rushed or that I was being forced to buy anything. It was a very nice experience.

Went here this afternoon while visiting NJ, looking for a sunscreen. The customer service was great because they weren't busy. I told the sales person my skin care concerns and she was very helpful in assisting me in choosing a sunscreen that's not too thick or one that causes a white cast. I told her I was interested in some clé de peau products as well and she had a lot of product knowledge for each item and suggested I try some of it out with some samples. :) Overall a really nice experience.

It's a nice, quiet and pleasant store to shop. Hubby and I cane here to pickup something for Hubby's second Mom, our Japanese friend, who can't travel much these days. Hard to find Shiseido store everywhere and our friend has been shopping here for so long when she was younger and has an account with them. I used the product Shiseido when I lived in my home country long long time ago. Shiseido was a big name back then. Anyway, since I'm already here, I got something for myself, a light moisturizer foundation, with some glow! Excuse me! I'm glowing! Nothing fancy but what I have at home has ran out and I haven't been shopping for cosmetic for quite a while. This store runs the reward program as well. After 200 points, I can have a free facial. That's good to know. Our sales associate, Mami, was very professional and very helpful. Such a pleasure shopping here.

I have been going to this store for over 4 yrs. They are very good at choosing the right products (both skincare and makeup) for me. I can't complain. The best part is that they give you samples after each purchase. They even offer me samples on new products for me to try before I buy. The facial there is worth trying, it's not fancy like a spa, but it does do the work.

Went there recently and got the tinted moisturizer- (which was awesome)- and we were helped with a younger girl who was soooo helpful and patient (she was there March 1st in the evening so if management is reading, extra points for her!! :-)) I forgot to note the IMMENSE amount of products they give you that last at least 2-3 weeks which is good if you travel often and hate taking too much. The $20 facial also applies to party makeup if you're in the system.

I attended a makeup promotion here some time ago and the store had Taylor Chang-Babaian (famous makeup artist). The experience was hectic to say the least. 750 dollars later, I started to regret the whole experience in the car ride home. It is then I realized that the sales women had pressured me to buy 200 dollar foundations when I didn't need or love it. When I tried to return some of my items, they were completely unhappy and presented me with the worst attitude. Then the manager proceeded to provide me an unsolicited lesson by haughtily saying "next time, you should never feel pressured into buying anything". UGH.
