Love coming to this store. The employees are always super friendly & chill. I’ve been looking for a new night time cream recently & I’m very picky lol. Jay & Ruby have helped me on two separate occasions & were both fantastic! They were able to recommend products with confidence & speak to the ingredients with knowledge. I ended up buying one of their recommendations & I love it! Thanks both ?

Was stared at by a security guard before closing and felt uncomfortable because of that. Prior to that I replied to a greeting of another employee and smiled, so I do not understand the issue. There were still people at the store, and I was browsing for beauty goods. I was not acting suspicious or hiding, yet the security guard decided it is necessary to follow me to my isle demonstratively. Made me feel very unwelcome and like a thief, and this is considering I spent hundreds of dollars at Sephora and never returned a thing or abused "try me" products... smh

I really enjoyed it here! The assistants were really nice and helpful, and they were all helping the customers and not just standing around. I got some really helpful advice and direction, and they were very patient with me as I deliberated between things and decided what to get. Hopefully this branch got its stuff together after seeing these other bad reviews and ramped up their customer service.

I’m so happy about this Sephora and the location. Edgewater is young, buzzy, busy, with affluent young adults, young families, people who work in NYC, and neighboring towns coming over to shop and dine. This is a GREAT location and will save you the trip to GSP or NYC. I hope people can take advantage of that! Please don’t leave Sephora!!! ?

The customer service is absolutely horrible. All the floor staff is just standing around while two people are waiting to check out. Not friendly at all. Just standing around having personal conversations about their boyfriends. I rather drive to the mall

Rose is absolutely amazing! She has been helping me purchase products for over a year. She exemplifies professionalism, communication and integrity.
It is rare to find that level of professionalism today. I truly appreciate the entire staff for being consistently welcoming each time I enter! This is best Sephora.

A bit surprised by some of the reviews. Though I agree that sometimes no associate is available (same as any store), no one has ever been even remotely rude or nasty to me ??♀️

I love Sephora because there are lots of Skincare products and Makeup products and things don't have cammicals as much. What I hate is that it's expensive and packed.

I came in to get color matched and was helped by Keren. She informed me she was a licensed aesthetician & assured me of the products she passed my way were amazing and she was right! Side note the store was so clean and organized which I never see at other locations

This is honestly my favorite Sephora location. The staff is always nice, and the service is always superb. Today I was helped by a lovely employee named Rose, who helped me pick out a beautiful smelling perfume and was so nice enough to tell me about having to be careful with the blushes that I purchased.

Deplorable service from Sheila or whatever her name is “Shar” for short and manager Leera. I see why the sales have declined. Rude and dismissive. They act like you’re bothering them and very passive aggressive.

This location is always a mess and the workers look so miserable. They’re too busy applying their own makeup rather than helping out customers. The sales associate, Julie, looked so miserable checking me out. She was rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. You don’t have to work there if you don’t want to. I hope they find employees with better attitudes.

This store is so dirty. There’s dirt and stickers all over the floor. No one greeted me as I walked in. No one asked if I needed help which I did with a skin match. Most of the employees are talking amongst themselves gossiping, one was on the phone listening to music just walking around singing. I wanted to buy a perfume and it was out. There was only one employee helping all the customers. I will be ordering my items online.
