OTF is the only workout I’ve ever been able to stick to consistently. Great for people who are motivated but don’t know where to start - you literally just have to show up and follow the coach’s instructions and demonstrations (which are backed by visual guides on the screens so you don’t even need to think). The coaches themselves are super fun, high energy, and incredibly attentive - they’ll come over to correct your form, suggest a modification if you need one, or even bring you a heavier weight because over time they see you can do more. Oh, and they know everyone’s names. Last but not least, the playlists are fire. 13/10 money well spent

I am obsessed with this studio! The coaches and the members are so great. The second I walk into OT my mood changes for the better. I’m so happy I joined. The workouts are challenging but doable. Highly recommend

Great way to workout! Great coaches. They guide you through the workout. No need to think or worry about what to do. Booking your workouts ahead of time helps you stay accountable.

The orange experience at Edgewater has been amazing! The coaches here and the intensity of the workout has completely change my lifestyle, improving my strength and overall fitness. It’s addictive!! + the staff is the best!

I absolutely love coming to OTF! The coaches, staff and team are like extended family. Always an amazing and welcoming environment, incredible support to reach fitness goals and pushing you to be your best (without being pushy). Joining OTF has been one of the best life decisions I’ve made in the last 5 years and I’m so grateful for all the positive impact it has had on my life and for my fitness goals! ???

I've gone to thousands of fitness classes by this point, OTF is a really good staple in balancing cardio & strength.Things I find successful:1) A solid amount of class options to fit into a busy schedule - the evening classes are a lifesaver for me in particular2) Lots of class structure so you're never really lost and know what to focus on - I find it fairly equivalent to classes at Barry's, which I also love.3) the strength portion has video demonstrations as a reminder that you can always reference4) I actually love that it's a full hour - you really feel you're getting your money and time's worth5) It's a welcoming environment and I appreciated that the team there is friendly without being pushy and aggressive about membership - I've had the opposite experience with another studio nearby which definitely made me appreciate this studio more. This team also was better at explaining terms of the membership before I signed up so I knew what to expect.6) Love the addition of the Strength 50 classes for more variety when I don't want to do intense cardio all the time.7) Love how frequently everyone wipes the equipment down.A few things to note:1) Sometimes there are so many people that you won't get as much individualized attention about form - I have seen a few people with really alarming form not be noticed. So if you're in the newer/more uncertain boat, just make sure the instructors know so it will be more on their radar to give you more attention.2) To each their own - I don't find it necessary to get their heart monitor which I find pricey.Otherwise I enjoy the month-to-month flexibility and am super happy this is in the area!

I only been here less than a month and I am seeing some changes in my body. The HITT workout is great especially if you’re consistent and come to the studio more than 3Xs a week. The music is great and so are the coaches!

OTF Edgewater is the best fitness studio. All the coaches and staff are wonderful. Workouts are challenging and can be adjusted for your fitness level. The only studio that keeps you coming back for more!!

Love all the classes, instructors and staff, super friendly environment. Has a lot of classes conveniently scheduled early for those that have to commute. Can guarantee I'll burn 500 cals consistently, really enjoy the format of the classes. Best part, the memberships are flexible.

I had an incredible experience at the Orange Theory location in Edgewater!What sets this place apart is the exceptional quality of the coaches. They are highly experienced and provide excellent individual coaching, even in a large group setting. Their knowledge and expertise created a safe and effective workout environment. Additionally, the facility itself is clean and well-maintained.I highly recommend this Orange Theory location in Edgewater to anyone looking for a fantastic workout experience. Orange Theory Fitness Edgewater is a friendly oriented entity which main purpose is to facilitate and support the achievement of your physical goals.I'm grateful to the front desk personnel for their professional and courteous interactions with me.The coaches are well-trained, and don't hesitate to help you improve your performance. I do not recommend at all (at least not this location). I just moved to this area and decided I would try Orange theory to figure out what kind of fitness class program to join (there’s Pilates/barre/boxing/regular gym all available all in this neighborhood). After I entered my email on their website to browse, they called and left several emails/ voicemails to get me to schedule a free class. It was borderline harassment. I did end up scheduling a class and was told to come 30 minutes early to sign papers and tour the facility. I said I could come only 15 minutes early because I was coming from work. The person on the phone said ok. I drove 30 minutes after work and showed up 3 minutes after the agreed upon time (I.e. 12 minutes before class) and was told they could no longer have me join the class. I offered to sign the papers within the 12 minutes and to stay after class to tour the facility. I was rudely turned away. This was a colossal waste of my time, and I definitely will not be returning.
