Edison is an excellent salesmen. He let us try different mattresses until we found onewe really liked and suggested for ways to make the price acceptable.
We never felt pressured into the deal.

Our experience at Matress Firm was excellent. Our Salesman Edison was very friendly and knowledgeable. Edison took his time explaining everything to us and got me the best mattress and adjustable frame formy needs. I have to say I had to edit this review because I bought a mattress cover for my 16 inch mattress but I received a 14 inch mattress cover. I called and returned it. They gave me another mattress cover. It said 16 inches on the cover I opened it up. It was 14 inches and it had tears in the netting I then called back again, but Edison never called me back. I feel that after they got their sale they didn’t want to bother fixing THEIR mistake not once but twice so now I have a matress cover that I cannot use $50 might not be a lot of $ to some but I am a single Autism mom and every penny counts especially after I spent over $3000 on a matress you would think that they would correct be happy to correct a mistake. They made not once but twice

Great experience from purchasing all the way through delivery. Robert Gimbel helped us quickly find a mattress we liked and got us a great deal. Full service delivery the next day was a breeze, with the whole process of getting the new mattress and hauling out the old mattress taking less than 5 minutes.
