What can you say about a multimillion-dollar ice cream chain that has all its processes standardized. The ice cream is excellent, the price is expensive but people pay it without a problem, the service was bad on this occasion because there was a girl who served us where they had NEVER put so little ice cream in a cone or in a glass and NOT only He didn't do it with me but with everyone he cared for. The manager or supervisors should realize this because if everything is standardized everyone should already know how much ice cream to serve. The atmosphere is tight and not at all elegant.... But the ice cream and its flavor make you enjoy the moment.

Ordered a custom ice cream cake here for the first time and had great first experience! They were very flexible with my change of pick up day/time, staff was very nice and they have a very clean store. This will be my go to spot for ice cream cakes. Thanks again!

Excellent customer service and ice cream. ? ? Mint chocolate chip with a chocolate and peanut waffle cone. Delicious. Keep up the great work, I highly recommend Haagen-Dazs at the Promenade.!

Been going here since last yearBest ice cream in the area hands down.I'm really picky about ice cream since I could only have it twice a month btwService is great they allow you to taste one or two flavors if your having a tough time deciding what to eat. Super friendly at least when I went thereMy personal favorite flavor:Get the two small scoop in one cupMint chocolate + cookie doughBut also Belgian chocolate is dope as well. You could really taste the chocolate chips.

PROS: this place is clean and has a nice variety to choose from on the menu. Ice cream tasted good, was well priced, and the staff was nice. The place is nice, and the ice cream is really good… however when it comes to services is nothin but terrible… I visited this site couple days ago… the person Annie is rude, aggressive and has not respect for the customers … the other staff was just looking at her for her behavior. I understand that sometimes the place could be full, in a rush and they want to be fast and diligent… but respect goes above and beyond of all that…

Yummy, Delicious, Super expensive and overwhelmingly overpriced!!! You will however find the ice cream and flavor your searching for.
