Thieves. Plain and simple. I'm not surprised either to see similar reviews.Bought a used Fuel Injection ECU for my 1974 Mercedes 450SEL D-Jetronic from Zanop.Zanop "swore it worked," even though I researched the part number and it came back as a computer for a 3.5-Liter M116, not a 4.5-Liter M117 V8. But he still swore it would work. IT DID NOT WORK. I partially blame my naive self at the time but I was still learning about these cars. 3.5 M116 V8 D-Jet ECUs do not work on 4.5 M117 D-Jet V8s. Claiming to be a Mercedes specialist, HE SHOULD KNOW THIS. I only learned after the fact.I even tested it on a working 1971 280SE 3.5, which had an identical D-Jetronic ECU part number. DID NOT WORK FOR THAT CAR EITHER. The fuel pumps won't engage with the faulty unit he claimed to work, but the original computer on this test car did.Now I know so much about these cars. Also had a work colleague that would send his W108 280SE 6-cyl to this place and he complained about EuroTech holding his car hostage for MONTHS and charging obscene storage fees due to "unable to get parts" when the parts needed were readily available new, and replaceable in a few hours. He stopped going to EuroTech. If you have an old Mercedes-Benz, go to Bell's Mercedes in Paramus (I've known them for 18 years, ask for Frank, I only went to Eurotech because they said they had an ECU to sell me, the item that is in discussion for this review). Or go to Wolfgang's in Tenafly. German Auto Tech in Englewood is also great and honest (ask for Toshi).AVOID AVOID AVOID EUROTECH. Your old Mercedes-Benz deserves better. Take it from this diehard vintage pre-DaimlerChrysler Benz enthusiast.

This place is literally the worse place I ever bought parts in. I bought a car part from them; however after a few days, I wanted to return that part. I went to the store and they told me that I was unable to return the item to them. The receipt does not specify that car items were non refundable. This shop will take your money and will not care. Be aware before buying anything from them.

Came here to get an inspection for my new insurance policy with "Metromile". Great owner, very polite and informative. He specializes in Mercedes cars (auto body/garage). Even though I do not own a Mercedes this location is for "Carco", and it serves as an inspection for your auto policy. I was in and out, not even 10-15min.

Expert in European cars. My BMW that needed tlc, and was fully taken care of. If anyone knows german cars, they know it takes time to fix them well, where other mechanics couldn’t understand this engine. Mr. Zenop inspected and pinpoint the things that needs to be done in priority order, so I could stay in my budget. Always kind, timely and dependable. I suggest this place to anyone, especially if you drive a german machine, very quality service.

Stay away from this place. i went for simple problem that was promised to be fixed in two days, but it took them almost 8 days to finish it, and i had to return in a week for some additional work. After all of this my car came out more broken then it was before. I was told it needed additional part replaced even though it was working prior to their work. Luckily I went to a different location that stated that the part that Eurotech wanted to replace was actually in working order but Eurotech damaged my cars wiring which caused it to malfunction.

4 times I brought my vehicle in for a brake job. Brakes squeaked. Spent a total of $2,600 for new pads and Rotors by the second visit. Still one wheel still squeezed. Took it back, told it was fixed. Exact same squeak. 4th time inwas told it was fixed. However eventhough I said it squeaked they didn't hear it.Never use them.

Unfortunately very rude owner. most likely he thinks he is the only guy who does this job . Extremely overpriced . Definite dissatisfaction and disappointment about what you see from outside thru inside. Try to stay away.
