Been working out with Sean since I finished high school before when it was dsign your body fitness center. Huge changes to the studio and it looks amazing. He is very professional and he’s great at helping you achieve your fitness goals. Will definitely recommend to my friends to him

I highly recommend the trainer, Sean, if you look for a personal trainer for any purpose. In my case, I joined the Army and desperately needed short-term physical training( 3 weeks) for passing the Army physical test called ACFT. During that time, I had no idea what to do because I did not work out regularly and was not an athletic person as a middle-aged woman. With my friend's recommendation, I met Sean. He analysed my physical strength and weakness and made a training schedule. After 3 weeks, I attended one of the Army training courses, and I passed the physical test. I still work out at Flex N' Relax Fitness Studio until I go to my duty station.

I’m 29 yo and for the last 6 years my job has been sitting down in front of a computer for extremely long hours. Since I’m young I thought I was doing fine, until I did a fitness evaluation with Sean at Flex N’ Relax and I realized how much mobility and flexibility my body had lost without me realizing it. I have now been training here for 6 months and the changes have been incredible. I’ve reclaimed the mobility of my body and I feel better than ever. Sean is extremely knowledgeable in how the body works and how each type of exercise will have positive impact in different areas of our body. It’s not mindless workouts but completely planned and purposeful. I can’t recommend Sean and Flex N’Relax enough!!

Coach Sean is very professional and very attentive to details on what his clients need. For a few years I have suffered from knee problems. With Coach Sean's personalized training program, he helped me build the right muscles required to put less pressure on the knees and after a few months, I am now pain free. If it wasn't for Coach Sean, I would have had to give up all of the different sports I enjoy as a hobby. Totally recommend for all your workout needs.

Highly recommend flex and relax work out with coach Sean. He takes care of what you need to work out and encourage you to improve your physical strength. There is a trial session before you can actually start so meet with him and talk more details about your body health.

I've been working out at the studio for about 6 months now and I LOVE IT. My mobility, energy and health have really been improving.I have chronic pain and regular exercise has helped me minimize flare ups and to be more functional. I feel like I finally have my illness under control and I'm on the way to becoming a healthier person overall. I recently had blood work done and my health has improved noticeably compared to a year ago, the doctor was really happy about the lifestyle changes.Sean has been so kind, patient, encouraging and he is really friendly and fun to be around. He is extremely knowledgeable about how the body functions and observes in detail your body's strengths and weaknesses so he's able to create a program tailored specifically to your needs. I like that the plan evolves as you become more capable and is challenging in the right amount to help you improve.I cannot recommend this place and Sean enough!!!

The instructor is really professional.I`ve been suffering from knee joint pain. Even unable to walk stairs.It comes out pain free only after 6 months workout with Sean.Sean is really detailed and organized trainer!!!

Sean is the BEST physical trainer in the world (this is not an exaggeration!)I tried pt at another facility, but it was such a discouraging experience. From the initial evaluation, I knew Sean was knowledgeable in the field of strength training and body building. His workouts are versatile and thorough; he focuses on mastering the basics. Working out is a lifestyle and Sean is a great mentor in helping me achieve a healthier body/mind. I like how he takes the time to help me stretch before and after my sessions. I noticed this is something a lot of the basic personal training studios overlook and ignore. If you are looking for a genuine, no BS trainer, I 100% recommend Sean.

One of the best things I've ever done for myself was to become a member of DUB. I didn't realize how challenging and rewarding workout could be. Sean is the nicest, most caring, and insightful instructor.

I've been going to this place for the past three years. The trainer (Sean) is knowledgeable, professional, energetic and encouraging. The music is always new, different and fun. But of all the features, I love the variety of the workout the most. Never get bored and there is always something new to learn. Over the time, I've gained strength and flexibility little by little every day. And I'm becoming more self-aware and confident. It's always the highlight of my day to go to the class. Have had memberships in several gyms in the area, and Sean is definitely one of the best trainers I've interacted with. He is highly professional, and the classes are very fun and enjoyable. (Dance Fit is my favorite!) Sean continually develops new workout programs, so you can get in shape while having fun at the same time.

The Cardio Dance Fitness class here is my favorite. Think Zumba, but with high energy dance moves set to pop/hip-hop beats. The second part of the class is challenging Tabata for a full body workout!
