“I was riding my bike one day when I noticed the pedal was feeling wobbly, unfortunately the threads of my crankset had gone bare. I took the bike to this shop to get an estimate on repair but also left with a bit of knowledge on maintaining my bike and the feeling that my bike was in good hands. I left the bike for a full tune-up + crankset replacement with Robin who was super knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole thing. My bike was ready the very next day (I came pretty late on a Saturday). The full tune-up which in my case required upgrading a few parts (the chain and brake lines were on their last legs) came out great and the bike rides a lot more smoothly now. The price was very reasonable too and overall I'm really happy with the service I got here. Thanks again to Robin for the help!Picture for the replaced crankset & chain. I took my bike to get an internal hub, spokes, bike chain, and brake pads replaced and now the bike rides better than before. The team is attentive and provides well informed advice as well as support to keep the bike in top shape. They've advised me to bring the bike back to tune up the brand new spokes at no charge. I've brought my bike here for the past 5 years and still happy with their service.”
