Need to clean up stores especially employees. Pretends to be nice to get you to sign up for their cards but rude the next time you decide not to buy something after trying on. You have to tell them about 10% off extra using your gap card instead of them just knowing and they act like it's such a big deal to do

The staff at this store are really nice and helpful, but I can't give the store more than 3 stars because they have the worst fitting rooms! There are pegs to hold the hangers (which don't work well to begin with) and they are angled down, so the hangers just fall right off onto the floor. The bench isn't big enough to put all your clothes on. Instead of focusing on trying on great clothes, you're constantly trying not to let everything just fall on the floor. This store is in desperate need of a fitting room make over!

This GAP location is very close to my home. I love buying clothing here for my children. GAP kids have great quality clothing, and the cutest items, especially the Disney themed stuff. They also have a lot of great items for myself and my husband. This is definitely one of my go to locations for buying clothing. They always have some sort of sale going on as well.

This is a decent Gap location it's close to home. My family always stops here to get clothing essentials, especially for the kids. It's good to keep an eye out for good promotions. There is always some sort of sale going on. This location is great because it has a regular gap connected to a gap kids. They also have a very clean restroom here. If you happen to need to use it during shopping. We will definitely shop here again in the future.

I went to Kohl's Secaucus on Saturday to return an item but could not even do so as I was waiting online for 30 min and gave up. There was only 1 person working customer service on a SATURDAY which they should of at least had 2 people to speed up the long line/process. This is the Holiday Season where there should be more staff to help when needed.

I frequent this store and am always a happy customer. I usually shop for myself in the women's department but have shopped in the men's, kids and baby departments for gifts in the past. I've had a good experience every time. I find the staff to be friendly, helpful and accommodating every time. The store always looks nice but sometimes looks a bit empty. In the times that they don't have my size, they have always located it for me or ordered it for me. The staff makes me feel welcomed and appreciated and I see the same treatment of the other customers too, it's a friendly atmosphere to shop in. I will continue to return here for my Gap fix!

I had to return some items here that were given as gifts for my daughter due to sizing. At the same time, I brought in a sweater I had ordered in the mail that came with an ink tag on. The associate was very friendly and helped me with all of my issues. Afterwards I shopped around a little. The store was clean, well-organized, and well-stocked. The only thing they seemed to lack sizing in was the shoes, but it was also a seasonal change time, so the stock had probably been mostly sold off. I'd definitely shop here again. It wasn't too crowded when I went, and I found parking nearby instead of having to go down to the garage.

Baby gap. RUde staff and even ruder manager. I was spoken to and treated terribly all over the cashier not explaining a credit policy and getting a terrible Attitude which the manger defended. In addition the manager accused me of name calling and called me a lair and threatened to call security. I was looking at my email and going though and deleting things. Multiple tasking if you will while they tried to pull their 2 brains together to figure out a solution on how apply a credit I happen to mutter under my breathe something about a Personal email I was reading and he started telling me off saying I was calling his staff names , I explained I was looking at email and he called me a liar saying I didn't have email on my phone??? Is he serious ?He was shaking like a Psycho with glazed over eyes. Clearly this man has issues. I will never shop in that store again. A store I have spent $1000's and $1000s of dollars in.

I've frequented this Gap a few times. It's much closer than the Garden State location but it's much smaller as well. Their selection isn't the greatest for women's clothing but they do have a pretty sizable Gap kids store connected to it. They have plenty of dressing rooms and it's never packed so if you're able to get in and out very quickly. The staff have been pleasant whenever I've interacted with them. They don't have that blah attitude that some retail store employees seem to carry and that is much appreciated.
