I have been going to this store daily for almost four years now! Recently, I have started noticing that the staff which is working at night starts hounding people out of the store well before the closing time. This store is supposed to close at midnight. The people working in store will start announcing that the store is closing in 5 minutes around 11:45 PM. I do understand that employees have to wrap up things but that needs to happen after the store is closed! I went to get baby formula which is in a closed shelf closed to the counter. When I asked the person to take it out, she literally rolled her eyes and walked away while there were still ten minutes left for the store to close. That is just once instance! I urge the management of this store is to train their employees and make them understand how they can provide a better customer experience. If a customer has walked into the store before the official closing time, you have to provide them service. As an employee, they are being paid to work till midnight! I have noticed this kind of behavior with other customers as well who end up getting into store within the last half hour. Please be courteous and understand that if someone is walking into a grocery store that late, they must have a real need for it!

After calling and being told to bring one form of iD, I arrive at this location, and I am turned away AFTER, producing a valid NYS driver's license set to expire in 2030. I felt very discriminated against. I even provide my job ID. This person refused to provide a service. Please be aware if you're someone who has a skintone.

During scamdemic times: excellent selection, employees properly trained in decency and law, organic goods in various sizes. Open late (till midnight most weekdays) with courteous checkout staff. Sale items are sometimes out of stock but if you mention it to the manager you may receive a raincheck. (January 2021) At this late stage in the psyop no more silly masks (July 2021)
