The clerk that works there at night has incredibly bad manners to customers. He complains about customers stealing from his store so therefore, in his mind treats all customers badly as if they are causing his stores losses. Tries to very uncomfortably force everyone to use baskets to shop. He ignores peoples freedom maybe because where he is from people don’t have freedom, idk. Either way it’s terrible how he treats customers. His view of reality is distorted and confused about the law and personal freedom. I get physically nauseated dealing with him every time I have make a purchase. This location has earned its one star review from me. They need to re-evaluate how they treat customers. The staff there is very rude. Shop elsewhere if you can.

The Absolute Worst 7-Eleven Experience – Unacceptable and Disgusting Employee Behavior
This is by far the worst 7-Eleven store and the most appalling employees I have ever encountered.
Just a few hours ago, I went into the store to buy a hot dog. I prepared one hot dog and took it to the counter for payment. Out of nowhere, a bald male employee aggressively accused me of lying – claiming that I had more items hidden and was dishonest about only having one hot dog. Without my permission, he opened my food with his bare hands (hands that I have no idea if he had washed after touching who knows what – there’s a real possibility he contaminated my food directly).
Of course, there were no other items – it was just the single hot dog. The employee then acted like nothing happened, mumbled to himself, and walked away to another area. I was left speechless, furious, and completely humiliated.
I’ve visited hundreds of 7-Eleven stores throughout my life, but this was hands down the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. I will never set foot in this store again, and frankly, this incident has completely destroyed my trust in the entire 7-Eleven brand.
I truly hope that 7-Eleven corporate headquarters takes this seriously and recognizes how dangerous and damaging such atrocious customer service can be – it spreads negative word-of-mouth quickly and leads to severe reputational harm and lost customers. As someone who has always been a loyal fan of 7-Eleven, it breaks my heart to write this review, but incidents like this demand accountability and change.

I stopped by this 7-Eleven due to an urgent restroom need. This is a location I regularly visit and frequently make purchases at while traveling on this route. While I was briefly in my car, a cashier came outside and told me I could only stay for 10 minutes and questioned the fact that I had used the restroom without purchasing anything yet. I understand store policies, but the way this was handled was unprofessional and unnecessary. Approaching customers outside in this manner is not appropriate and creates an uncomfortable experience. I have already submitted a complaint through the appropriate channels. I hope management addresses staff conduct so regular customers are treated with more respect in the future.

The lady that works there is super unfriendly. Once, I left a scratch off I bought at the counter. When I went back to get it, she must've played my scratch off card because she broke off a new one to give me. Shady.

This 7-11 is adjacent to an Exxon gas station on River road. Lots of parking spots in front of the store. I found this store very clean and tidy. They had good inventory of snacks, candies, drinks, coffee, sodas and some hot food.
We went in to get some candy packs. I used my membership for points. Got $3 discount by using a promotional offer. The clerk was very friendly, helped me to redeem the $3 offer.

I live in Edgewater so visit this 7-Eleven often and it is one of the cleanest 7-Eleven’s I’ve been to. The workers I’ve encountered have all been friendly too. Can’t say anything about the ready to go food/drinks as I haven’t tried but overall a good stop! Good parking too!

I walked in to buy some mini tacos and the cashier admitted the food in the hot box had been in there for 2 hrs and refused to make anything fresh. So either hard tacos or no tacos.

Stopped in to get a drink it was only 93 degrees today. Got a large cold fountain soda ? and a few taquitos. Nice cold drink and some hot fresh taquitos. Store very clean and staff was friendly.
