I'm a fan and a commercial buyer, I love autozone but I wish they'd hire better employees store manager at #1664 Serg doesn't like doing his job, always on his phone or to busy to work, doesn't really know where things are, having conversations that should stop when customers are around, and doesn't speak well to customers sometimes.

Friendly staff and they were pleasant and helped me with a smile. It was extremely cold and the sales associate had to come outside to run a diagnostic. Great experience.

I highly recommend this business, the customer service is outstanding, I was completely impressed with their professionalism. When I walked in the door, I was greeted with a friendly welcoming by a gentleman name Serge. I needed a battery for my car that was under warranty the transaction went fast and smooth Serge made sure everything was up and running , again I highly recommend this business customer service amazing.

They did not have the specific spark plugs I wanted, but I paid for them and they had them sent to the store within a few hours. Great friendly service despite being very busy. I recommend Auto Zone.

Had a bad experience with an employee in Edgewater Nj autozone on route 130. My wife asked the employee there do they install batteries there, and the employee tells her to make me do it. I say to him I work 12 hr. shift and he says to me don’t make any excuses, he works 9 days straight and he’s from Brooklyn etc. what a bad experience I had with autozone. Never will I go back there if they’re hiring wreckless people like that that is disrespectful to customers.

The store is always bright and clean. Staff is very knowledgeable about location of their merchandise. And still after 18 years of my needing last minute parts,they always seem to have it in stock

Michael Findlay was an excellent help during my visit. He when out of his way to order a part and then looked for me on my return. The customer service was above and beyond and rare to find. It’s because of his services I will be a regular customer.
