I only gave one star so I could review. Worst customer service ever. They advertise same day watch battery repair boldly outside the store. Once inside, you’re told that the watch person will not be in for hours. I leave four watches because I’m told they will be ready for pick up the next morning. Following morning the watches aren’t ready. I’m told to come back in 25 minutes… end result 2 hours later their credit card machine isn’t working. They directed me to to 2 ATM’s in the mall that also were not working. I had to leave the mall and find a bank so I could pay in cash.3.5 hours later, the same day 20 minute repairs are done! Never again.

Scott was great! Helped me with an amazing ring. Explained in detail all about different diamonds from color to cut and everything else. Was very patient and made sure I had the right ring and diamond for the special occasion.

The service was exceptional and the best I have experienced. I was having some issues with my necklace and they were my own issues but they made it there priority to fix my necklace in great timing right before the holidays . I definitely recommend buying from here !

I had a great experience. I asked for engraving on a product which I did not purchase from Wolf directly. I asked for the item to be engraved in 2 days. He could not promise where other Jewelers said they would not engrave items which were not purchased through them. He finished the job within 2 days and made our Christmas party a success, Scott went over and above to help. Thank you Scott
