I walked into this branch today extremely frustrated over a fraud issue with one of my business accounts and the POOR treatment I was given at my local branch in Long Branch. Julian the branch manager took me into his office even though I had no appointment, listened to my issues and not only solved my problems but EXCEEDED my expectations of service. I had been so poorly serviced at the Long Branch branch that I was 5 minutes from closing all my wells fargo accounts, Julian stopped me from doing so.
His knowledge and customer service skills will be making his branch my new go-to branch even if it is a little out of my way. Julian I cant thank you enough for your professionalism and attention to your customers!

Wells Fargo recently closed several branches in my area and are seriously skimping in staff. Makes me think this bank is going to trouble and makes me want to close all my accounts there. Went today to open an account. Only 1 banker. Must do appointments because he’s fully booked. Turned around, went to TD bank and walked with a new account an hour after waiting in WF for nothing. Worst is that the employees at WF didn’t even care when I asked if they thought it’d be better for me to go to TD bank down the block. WF wins the prize for worst customer service.

Tammy and Paola rock! I had an emergency on a Saturday and unfortunately it was something that couldn’t be done online or over the phone. I explained the situation to Tammy and she was able to get me in first thing on Monday morning. Paola called me as soon as she got in so she could get a jumpstart on my paperwork. I got there and they had everything ready to go! I appreciated it so much cause they knew I was coming on my lunch break. They went over and beyond for me! I was ready to switch banks when I called Saturday morning and the two of them completely changed my mind! They were so nice to deal with and I cannot say enough good things about them.

I went in for my lunch break which was one hour. When I got there, I had 55 minutes to open up a checkings account. I was told that within 15 minutes I would be helped by one of their bankers. 40 minutes pass and the banker is still with the same person. Got nothing done during my break, couldn't even grab a bite. Thanks a lot Wells Fargo. Slow
