Peter was very helpful and knowledgeable about the offers. Unfortunately, he did not have help and was training a new employee. He should have had another trained assistant, especially at this time of the year.

Stay away from these "Verizon" stores - they are not the corporate store and anything they do to you is on you. Verizon cannot help you. This particular store almost sold a $1,000 phone to us that had a $700 discount through Verizon offers. They claimed they did not see the offer on my account. This is why you need to go to a corporate store! This isn't the first time one of these Victra Verizon stores screwed my family. They got my daughter, got my dad and now almost got me. Thankfully, I called Verizon and the Verizon rep spoke with the store and the store agreed to waive the $50 return fee and gave me my $ back and my phone. I left and went right over to the real Verizon. When you go to a store, make sure you are in a corporate one! Not an authorized retailer. Ask if they are Victra? You don't want that!!

If I could give this store less than 1 star, I would. The sales associates have no knowledge about their products and don’t honor Verizon policies. Take your business elsewhere if you can!

I normally don't do this. I've worked a long stint in the service industry. I can imagine that this store has it's fair share of tough customers being as it's right when you walk in the mall, but the way I was treated on Sunday May 19th at 5pm when I walked in to discuss options for my damaged phone was wildly unprofessional. If I hadn't been in need of an immediate solution, I would've stuck around and unfortunately shared the same attitude back. I understand people have hard days and it's even more of a scramble when you're the lone employee running the store, its stressful. Although, the comments directed towards me, to which it was clear I was taken aback by the disrespect, only to be followed by backhandedly waving back into the store in a sort of "fine, I take back my attitude, bring it back in" while yelling at me through the glass, is enough to warrant a rude remark back. I need a management team or support team to read this comment and call my number so I can discuss the comments made. Thanks.

If I could give less than one star I would. We have been with Verizon for over 20 years, and needless to say had the worst experience in the store.My husband & daughter went into the store on Friday to upgrade my phone as a Mother's Day present and worked with Iesha. He explained to her that he did not want to make any changes to the plan and just wanted to process the upgrade.After picking out the phone, Iesha proceeded to tell both my husband and daughter about all the free accessories that they were getting with this upgrade which included, tempered glass cover, clear phone case, camera lens protector, wall adapter, wireless charger, all of which I would never use and let's be clear, when would Verizon ever give anything away for free. She then advised my husband she needed his credit card to cover the activation fee of the phone, in which she charged $346.49. He asked for a receipt and she mentioned she would email it to him. SURPRISE, she never did. I had to call Verizon customer service to get a copy of this receipt and of course, all of those "FREE ACCESSORIES" she charged to him as well as making a donation to Verizon Academy.Absolutely, ridiculous and now I have to go to the store not only to return all of these unnecessary items but the phone too, this by far has been the WORST experience.If you happen to go to this store, I can STRONGLY SUGGEST not working within Iesha or better yet go to a different store.

When we first arrived at Verizon, we were greeted by Iesha who was training Alexandra. we had several complicated transactions that took us more than an hour. At all given times, we were treated with the upmost respect and patience. Iesha was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. The two ladies handled our transactions with complete professionalism. neither my husband nor I are savvy with technology, and Alexandra actually went through the trouble of writing out a bullet point of directions for us to follow at home. I can’t say enough about these two young ladies, and our very positive experience at Verizon. They spoke to us with respect and handled our concerns promptly. We appreciate their patience and engaging personalities. Both Iesha and Alexandra are a credit to the Verizon corporation, and we will continue shopping at this location.

Went to the store on sunday 3/17. Store was listed as open at 11am. Store worker was still opening at 11:15 and seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. Asked us to wait outside until he finished scanning in the merchandise. Still waiting. I would avoid this location.

Iesha was amazing ! I totally recommend asking for her when visiting the Monmouth mall Verizon location! She went above and beyond to ensure my devices where exactly what I was looking for and searched for the best deal to fit my needs. 10 stars !

I went into Verizon to upgrade my Samsung and I had to jump through a zillion hoops to get a phone. I paid my Verizon past bill and have a good paying job and they wanted 700.00 for a deposit. So I took the free phone but I will be going back to my old provider. The only thing that was great was the Verizon Specialist, Desmond. He was patient, kind, funny and went above and beyond to help me. You need more like him!

Do not bother coming to this store. I hate to have to be a Karen but their customer service is absolutely trash. Went here on a Saturday with my mom at 11am, they had only one woman working there but we waited patiently until she was able to attend us. In the meantime she barely acknowledged our presence & after 4 HOURS (no exaggeration) of us waiting she finally came to help us. Within just 5 mins of her pulling up our account she tells us she can’t help us with a phone transfer for whatever ridiculous reason. She then gave the most insincere apology for having wasted our time waiting for nothing when she could have checked our account when we first arrived. Every time I come here it’s always a terrible experience. If i could give them 0 stars i would.
