Wei helped me so much at the end of her shift. I needed a package that I would have otherwise missed by being away, and instead of just telling me to call and check back in the morning, she went in the back and found it. I cannot say enough about how much she saved the day!!

How does it go? “If I could give zero stars…”
I tried their service for my business for the first time. Had to deliver a package overnight. Paid for 2-day express delivery. Well… it got there A WHOLE WEEK later and they gave me a partial refund. Meanwhile I had to give my customer a discount on his order because it didn’t make it on time. On top of that, the supervisor or port master had a major attitude when I didn’t agree to the partial refund. Well, needless to say, my business is new and I know for sure I WILL NEVER use their services again; I rather pay a little more with another carrier. This is why the USPS is always facing funding issues. Now I understand it. Doing business with them costs more money in the end and a lot more aggravation than needed.

Went to go return a package to the original mailing address I received it from because it was a return. I go on my lunch break waiting in line for 15 minutes and the woman at the counter refuses to make me a new label and says I have to go online and do it.
I asked her can you just make me a new label with this address on it and then she tells me no she won’t do it. They only have priority mailing labels so you’re telling me if I went there and asked to have something sent to this address in a small parcel, she wouldn’t have been able to do it. She simply refused because she did not want to make the label I’m guessing. so I wasted 30 minutes of my day. I will never come to this post office location again.

Don't bother walking in for passport service. The one worker who could do it didn't feel like it. Rude and couldn't care less.

They have no clue on how to get mail out to people they hold your mail till they feel like putting it back in mail they been holding my package for 2 weeks and still refuse to send it out it takes 1 day to get to me and they refuse to ship it back out they need to lose there jobs they are a disgrace to post offices

I’ve never experienced anything like I did at this location while waiting patiently in line for a passport during the designated passport walk in hours. Absolute lack of organization, professionalism, and no common courtesy. I was told I needed an appointment and when I expressed my appointment had been cancelled by another office, instead of utilizing the time to process my paperwork, the worker called the other office to confirm my cancellation. She created an unnecessary scene. It truly was asinine and exemplified the absolute worst in customer service and overall work ethic. Highly suggest you go elsewhere for a passport!!!!!!!

One star really doesn’t do its justice. I would give negative 1000 if I could. Place is very unprofessional and workers are really rude. It says online there are walk ins for passports in the morning to afternoon. We went in with 5 other people in the line all for the same thing. They told us all to leave bc we didn’t have an “appointment” and the one lady behind the counter was yelling and very rude. I work in customer service and I never treat people this way. It’s crazy how they operate at this location. Place needs to be shut down or hire new people. We were told to leave without being able to explain anything. This is simply people not wanting to do their job. The reviews on here seem to also agree. No wonder this post office is rated so poorly. Is a government building please do better.

Went to ship a few boxes and Rachel was at the counter , i used my own plain white labels on the boxes for the shipping info (name & address from and to ) she looked at the boxes and said you have to buy labels frim here $4.00 for 2 stupid plain labels just like the ones i used so i said no i shipped a lot of boxes before with the same labels never there was a problem so she said let me get you the manager , some really rude guy came out with labels in his hand and said you have to buy these labels that's how we make money and walked away , never will i ever step foot in that place again , both were very rude , unfriendly , unhepful , they should stay home instead of aggrevating people all day .

I had a huge paragraph written about how terribly operated this place is but felt I went a bit overboard, so I'll just say this - each experience at this place is truly miserable, and from the 2.2 star rating and reviews, it seems as though I'm not alone on this. It's not fair to focus on the workers, or the management, or any singular aspect as it's impossible to know what the issue at this place is; but if anyone that can make a change reads these reviews, please do something. It's absolutely egregious. I've moved around a lot and been to many post offices, and none of them are anything to rave about, but Eatontown Post Office really is in a league of its own in terms of inefficiency, customer service, and a plethora of other things.

I have a hold on my packages yet the delivery driver still delivers it to my door and flipped the box upside down. Worse usps ever!
