If I could give 0 stars, I would. The school has not been the same since the old director Linette left. They hired an employee who molested and kissed the children! They didn’t even notify us, my husband found out from another parent. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE! The staff are not happy anymore and are telling the parents everything that’s going on there. They are breaking NJ laws and a lot of families are leaving. They are extremely short staffed, do not follow state expectations and guidelines, and the director Kelly is not nice at all and Jackie just seems to not know what she’s doing. Kelly doesn’t say hello or anything. When we bring concerns to them, she just says we’ll deal with it and it continued. They do not follow health and safety, staff don’t change diapers and wipe children with gloves on, they yell at the children, and the management does nothing. They leave rooms out of ratio and the management is sitting at their desks doing god knows what. I will never bring my child back here or to any TLE if this is what they are about. My child has been hurt there many times and there was never a phone call home or accident reports. If you want the best for your child, you will NOT bring them here. Terribly mismanaged now and understaffed. I spoke to many of the parents and they are looking elsewhere. You’re child is not safe here anymore!

Our daughter Olivia loves TLE Eatontown. She’s been enrolled since she was 4 months old and is always so happy to see her teachers & friends. When I pick her up everyday she has a huge smile on her face and I love getting pics of her throughout the day on the app!

Lynette is a fantastic lead. You see her on the floors hanging with the kids and helping cover rooms when needed. The staff are great and my kiddo is comfortable even with the teachers she isn’t seeing daily. The app is nice to see photos and get updates on what my kid is doing that day. We’re happy we chose this TLE.

I can't express how much positive change I have seen with the new management in place. I was about to withdraw my child under the previous management, but Lynette is great. She created such a positive environment within the school from the staff to the activities. Any issues I had were immediately dealt with and the management is much nicer and pleasant. The turnover is much less than it was before, and my daughter really loves coming to school now. The best decision I made was keeping my daughter here and giving the new management a chance.

It's a shame how my 1 year old bit 5 children in they faces and the teachers there let that happen I apologize to the mom dad's and your children that even happen your children they doesn't deserve that but if she was being watched they would've stop my 1 year old getting to the first one and now my daughter is being discontinued from that school and some of the teachers there not even licensed to be a teacher but they are so desperate to hire anybody around our children and needs to be stop immediately half of the stuff they saying about my children doing at school they not even doing at home like what are you really teaching these kids and what are you doing around my children that's the real question the cameras thats in they classroom needs to be used because at this point I'm not believing not one soul until somebody shows me proof that my child doing these things

Our family has had such an amazing experience with the staff, and we are extremely happy with how they treat and teach our child. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional daycare for their children.

We love TLE Eatontown. Our son started in August of 2021 and he had just turned one. We started off with three days a week and switched to five days in November of 2021 to keep him on a more consistent schedule and because we really enjoyed the experience he was getting. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Our son learned some sign language when he was in the infant class, which helped him communicate with us. He is now so chatty when we pick him up and has started saying the names of his classmates. We know he's being taught letters and numbers because he's saying them at home. They play outside, learn songs, and do arts and crafts. We are very happy.

After my kids have attended multiple daycare centers in the area, we have finally settled on TLE of Eatontown! This place has caring atmosphere, everyone is so attentive and my kids are truly happy here. Thank you to everyone who works here or involved with the center! Your hard work shows great results and we are super thankful for all you do for our kids!

I was very impressed by the kindness and attention Miss Renee provided when we transitioned our son to TLE. She answered all of our questions and was beyond accommodating. The facility is great and it’s a bonus that all good is provided! The summer program was still going on and I was impressed by all of the outside activities coordinated ie. Balloon show, bug show, ice cream truck etc.

TLE Eatontown has been great during covid and awesome for our son. The teachers are amazing. All staff is great. We are really happy with our decision to send him to TLE Eatontown.

My daughter has been enrolled in TLE’s infant program for the past several months. The love that Renee, the classroom teachers, and the overall staff give her brings me such comfort and happiness. She gets so excited walking into the center every day of the week and is big smiles at pick up! I know she’s receiving quality care while learning new skills every week. Highly recommend!

I’m having a great experience with The Learning Experience in Eatontown NJ. My son Started in the Twaddlers class in February and has excelled in all of the learning aspects. He is now signing more words to communicate as well as saying more words and pronouncing them more strongly. He had separation anxiety when he first started and his teachers were amazing with him during his morning drop offs that soon he was walking in with a huge smile on his face ready to play and let me leave. The management is very compassionate and very understanding. They have helped me with my worries about my sons separation anxiety and with all of his needs. I’m very comfortable and confident that they take great care of my son while I go to work!

When we moved here from Georgia, our son was having a tough time adjusting to the changes of a new home, new routine, new school, etc.Thankfully Mr. Eddie has been absolutely fantastic with my 2 year old and now he loves school! He comes home telling us about the songs he sang or the paintings he made with his friends and Mr. Eddie, and it makes my heart so happy. So thankful for this teacher and the other staff members at TLE who have helped our little man during such a big transition!

Do not trust this daycare facility with your child.We enrolled our infant here and quickly withdrew him after 2.5 months. In those 2.5 months we experienced the following:1. His soiled diaper was not changed for 4.5 hours2. They fed my exclusively breastfed child another baby’s bottle3. He came home with bruises on his head and no one said anything about it to us4. The lied to me repeatedly!5. The student/teacher ratio is not maintained6. The director left the facility when she was not supposed to, leaving the building unsupervised.6.The director is unprofessional. She begged us not to report them, lied to me, and refused to speak to me after what we experiences at this daycare.7. They made me leave work to pick up my child claiming he had a fever and when I arrived he had no fever and their thermometer was not functioning. The director told me she was the temperature read 100.4 but then admitted to my husband that she wasn’t present.8. They claimed my child would not nap but did not create a environment conducive to napping. They kept the lights on constantly and one day said they he woke up because they had drill the paper towel holder in while he was napping.9. The kept him in his high chair for way too long. Instead of interacting with the children ,the teachers talk to each other.This daycare does not want to deal with your child. They will do the bare minimum (if that). Do not give them your business and do not trust them with your precious children.

I'm so happy I chose The Learning Experience! My Daughter was very shy when she started, but now has come out of her shell. She has made so many new friends and after being stuck at home for so long due to Covid I'm grateful she has adjusted so well! I can see a huge change in not only her speech but also in her defining shapes and colors. On our car rides home she's constantly singing me a new song she has learned in school. The staff is great and always greets her with big smiles and I can see how it makes her feel comfortable. She looks forward to going to school every day and even asks to go in on the weekends. That is the best thing a parent can ask for!
